So apparently my wife went there over a year ago and suddenly after one year we start getting bills from them. They seemed to have not told my wife they are out of network and Blue shield refused to pay. According to my wife they were only seen by a nurse but are charging us over a thousand dollars for one visit. So they are charging doctors rates for work done by a nurse. Based on other reviews here I'm beginning to think they are scamming people. I have a message for them. They better have their billing accurate or a whole lot of shit will rain down on them from the government.

This place deserves zero stars!nHorrible record keeping! Sent an u201cinvoiceu201d with no transaction # and no phone number to call them, 2 years later. Does not state what the visit was for or what the amount being charged is for. Unprofessional invoice!!!nnI called to speak to them and handle it through them and ended up with no help at all. I had to call the insurance company I had at that time. Spent several days and hours on the phone. ONLY to tell me it was a mistake because my insurance representative did a 3 way callu2026 they knew they couldnu2019t get away with it.nnThis also happened to my mom. She was being billed for $1,000 for an appointment she had canceled ahead of time. They claim she was seen! They fail to updated their systems. The old lady in the front is rude, cuts you off when speaking and hangs up the phone. The other two assistants just keep passing the phone to each other when they donu2019t have an answer to your questions. Eliesko is the u201cbill representativeu201d and she still couldnu2019t help me.nnThe clinic is outdated. If you want service from 1950 and want old school typewriter health report, this is your spot. PLEASE SAVE YOURSELF A HEADACHE!!!

Positives:n- the medical profession I saw provided me with the necessary referrals quickly.n- Saturday appointments are available so I do not have to take off work.nNegatives:n- I left two voicemails to make an appointment to follow up on labs and X-rays. Two weeks later, still no call back for appointment.n- mailbox is full, unable to leave a message.n- phone is rarely answered, which would not be a problem if phone messages were returned.n- a specific requested test was left off lab order. I was told I would have to speak to the doctor have him submit another request and return.nnThis is unfortunate, as I would have stayed with this PCP if there was follow through. I will be switching by the end of the month.

Im a caregiver and I took my client to this place just for a prescription. We waited over two hours and after that my client was taken to a room and gave her the prescription without taken blood pressure or anything else. They send the bill for that for the amount of $ 562.00 be aware of that.

I love Dr. Munoz's office! The doctors the have on staff are very informative and helpful. I love that they are bilingual too! My son was seen on time and the older woman in the front desk was so nice and helpful addressing my insurance.nnGreat family owned practice.
