Every-time I visit this office I have a bad experience! For starters, the doctors here surprised me because they have reputable reputations to be well established doctors yet when I visit I did not get that experience. Each time, I come with a concern I am billed for my appointment and I leave without a resolution and my problems arenu2019t fixed. I leave hopeless. To make matters worse, Every-time I have an appointment I have to wait over an hour in the lobby before I am even seen. They are ridiculous. Not only did I come 20 mins early to my appt arriving around 4:30 hoping that would help my wait timeu2014 they still take a hour to take my vitals at 5:30. P.m. My appointment was at 5 pm! Still havenu2019t even seen the doctor. And it is now 5:50 PM. IM ABSOLUTELY DONE WITH THIS OFFICE AND THEIR ESTABLISHMENT.

Had a bad experience here when I walked in no help and when I finally got to the back, I waited over a hour donu2019t recommend this place. They are very slow.

Lovely place to be frustrated beyond belief. No help whatsoever. They changed for the absolute worst. They drop your insurance and still keep the appointment. Is that a scam or what? So they can charge you for not keeping the appointment. Not going back even though I like the doctor. The staff are completely inept and refuse to help anyone outside of their big white desk. I am putting in a complaint to the BBB and the insurance company and the review board. Not that it will make anything better but someone will know that anything mdwell is garbage so far. Good luck!
