My visit to Well Now was quick, efficent and informational.. The staff was friendly and welcoming. The renovations to Well Now are beautiful. To keep small and big kid's busy while waiting in the waiting room they have an arcade machine with free games and a slushie machine. I was discharged quickly happily on my way.

I have never had such a good experience at an urgent care. From walking in and being greeted by the kind receptionist to being called into a room immediately, I was so impressed. My son was so sick, but he was immediately helped by 2 knowledgeable, efficient and kind nurses who made him feel at ease. The Dr who helped us via telemed was also a pleasure to work with. From beginning to end it was a pleasant experience and I would highly recommend this facility to anyone who needs help.

For the last 6 weeks our family has been dealing with all different kinds of viral infections. At todayu2019s visit we had a male provider, I believe his name was Matt Williams, he was phenomenal! He got right to it, he meant business. He took the time to educate us, checking each box. He was professional, yet personable. Grateful for the staff and experience we had today.

This was my very first time at Well Now, although they said I would have a long wait time to get to see the Dr. It wasn't as long as I thought. The receptionist was very nice, patient and helpful. Once I got called the nurse was very pleasant, made sure I understood everything that was happening and made sure I was ok.nAfter having vitals checked and all that good stuff, I seen the Dr although it was not physically in person she was very pleasant and thorough made me feel comfortable and not like I was a bother but a patient who mattered.nI would return to them, if I can't get into to see my reg physician.
