We went to the urgent care today and saw Dr Travis Erikson and his medical assistant. They were kind and got us in and out fast. They were understanding of my child's disability and didn't focus on it, just gave him ways to answer questions about his symptoms easily. Dr Erikson explained things thoroughly and in a way my children could understand. Both of my children commented on how kind they were as well. Thank you!!

If you can diagnose yourself and your family and they listen to you then it might be great. Billing department sucks. My main issue is I took my daughter 3 times in 2 weeks only to be given an antibiotic for an ear infection. I got a second opinion the last time and was transferred to the ER for my daughter having double pneumonia, RSV and Rhinovirus. If I could start a lawsuit I would.

I need to get tested for Ehlers-Danlos syndrome. My doctor referred me to the University of Utah. I haven't heard anything from the University of Utah, and it's been a couple of months. So I called the University of Utah, and they said they don't treat or test patients over the age of 17. So I waited a couple of months for no reason. I need treatment for Ehlers-Danlos syndrome. I'm constantly in pain. I tried calling Blackfoot Medical Center to explain the University of Utah situation. And the doctors nurses are never there. And it always goes to voicemail. The voicemail said they would be back in the office in a couple of days. But each time I call, it seems like it always goes to voicemail. I'm in pain, and I need treatment for Ehlers-Danlos syndrome.

Why do they have people working who can't prescribe anything, can't treat your problems/conditions or show you any compassion?We have had multiple experiences with those So called Doctors at the Blackfoot medical center. It is very frustrating! If you see a doctor there, be sure to make an appt with Dr. Fackrell or Dr. Grimmet.

I wish I could give 0 stars....we've been here for an hour. My friend thinks she has the flu and needs a test. She told her work she would bring in a doctors note. So that's what we are trying to do. 2/6 windows open. We heard a group of at least 3 people im assuming nurses gossiping in the back when they could be getting us into a room. I asked the estimate wait time and I got a idk Also only one doctor on duty?! You gotta be kidding me. It's not our fault your management sucks. And you can't seem to schedule enough people. Also it wasnt even busy in yhe lobby, there were 4 other clients. Her employment is relying on this doctors note. And you have nurses gossiping instead of working smh. A complete embarrassment of a doctors office.
