I took my son to PM Pediatric Urgent Care on Sunday for an infection. It was very easy to make a next-day appointment, and they were the only specialized and credible pediatric urgent care in Los Angeles County open on Sunday. My son received excellent care, with an appropriate diagnosis and detailed care instructions. We were provided with samples of the needed ointment, a backup prescription in case the issue didn't respond to the provided ointment, and detailed instructions for next steps if the problem escalated. The issue was resolved with the prescription they wrote, and my son is all better now. Thank you so much, PM Pediatric Urgent Care!

10/10. This place was fantastic. Every single person I interacted with was kind, caring, understanding and compassionate. This was the first time my baby had a little tumble so it was very scary for me. They were so understanding of that and made me feel supported and not alone. We are hoping to not be visiting too often, but if our baby needs any sort of urgent care, this will undoubtedly be our first stop. THANK YOU

We have been to the tarzana location over 10 times over the past 4 years for our two children. The service has always been slow at least a 45min wait WITH AN APPOINTMENT. Everytime we go they make us fill out the same paperwork as if we've never been there.nnOn our last visit I had recieved text messages saying I had a balance from a previous visit and no one was able to help me at the office to pay the balance. They claimed I did NOT have a balance.... so we marked that one down as a washnnOnce we actually saw a doctor after another 15 minutes waiting in the room they did a very cursory examination and decided an x ray was the only thing to do. They didn't find anything on the xray. Yet our son still had a horrible cough AND a fever. We weren't prescribed any medication aside from children's allergy meds.nnFast forward 3 days later after the long wknd and our sons condition was exactly the same. We got into our actual doctors office and they were able to determine he had bacterial pneumonia with a much more in depth examination, breathing treatment and swab test.nnThis place is obviously designed to make as much money as possible with the fewest number of employees. This set up does a disservice to both their staff and their clientele. Unfortunately, they are the only real option for children after hours. So real change is unlikely.

So glad we found this urgent care for pediatrics. My 13 yo daughter was so impressed how it was set up for kids to be comfortable and the staff was wonderful working with her. Also bonus they are open til 10pm and on a Sunday when most urgent cares close at 8. Also got results of her X-rays with their convenient patient portal. Two thumbs up and five stars if you got littles and need of urgent care needs this place is the place to go. Ps parking and entrance are in the back
