The nurse practitioner who treated my son was compassionate, highly knowledgeable, and took the time to answer all our questions. Even when I followed up with a phone call later, the staff remained courteous, responsive, and professional.nThis clinic exceeded all expectations, and I would confidently recommend it to anyone in need of prompt and thorough care.

I encountered the most amazing medical staff I have in a long time. Thank you Dr. Maggie, Iris and the others whose name I did not get. Dr. Maggie and Iris are welcoming professionals with great listening skills and are sensitive to the needs of their patient. Dr. Maggie and Iris are easy to talk to and appreciate a light sense of humor. They worked quickly to diagnose my health concern and I was done. Of the many Urgent Care facilities I called, I'm happy I chose this Mary Washington site. Paying out of pocket was worth every penny. 12/10 recommend and you canu2019t tell me otherwise. Had the best experience at this location. Everyone was SUPER NICE and friendly. Quick in and out with tons of reassurance. Will forever drive 45 minutes to get here if I need an urgent care. Best experience Iu2019ve had at an urgent care.

It was my first time visit to this urgent care. I thought staff was very helpful and friendly. Alexandria (I think she was a NP, but if not I'm sorry) was my medical provider and she was fantastic. She was super kind and made me feel so much better! Other nurse was also kind. Since I got there in the evening, I didn't need to wait at all and everything went so smoothly. It was a satisfying visit.

Got here going on 3 hours ago and still havenu2019t been seen. Canu2019t make appointments so I donu2019t know why so many people have been called back before me. Was told Iu2019d be next yet 3 more newcomers have been seen and still I sit here waiting. Iu2019d leave if I hadnu2019t been here so long already. Will never be back!!nnAt the moment Iu2019m still sitting in the waiting room. 5 more minutes and Iu2019m leaving!! This is inexcusable. And yes I checked in using the kiosk as soon as I got here and yes I checked with a nurse after 2 hours of waiting. Iu2019ve watched this waiting room empty twice yet still waiting to be seen.
