I agree with MW Seda. Marcia and her staff are rude and incompetent.I went there because my ultrasound showed kidney stones, and my urologist referred me to them.However, they don't identify the patients properly, and therefore caused a misdiagnosis, I have proof. Another lady went in when they called my name, and instead of asking my DOB to verify me, they told her my DOB and asked if it was correct. She falsely said yes. I kept on trying to tell the tech there was an issue, but he kept dismissing me. Finally, I went around to the front, and they realized their mistake. They swore up and down that they deleted that lady's test under my name, but when I got my results back, it said no kidney stones. Instead it said it was something heart related. So my primary dr ordered lab tests and an echocardipgram for me... THAT WAS ANOTHER $200+. Of course, all of my test results said nothing was wrong with my heart, and I got my attorney to write a demand letter for a complimentary retest for the CT Scan since Marcia wouldn't take accountability. Mind you, she laughed at me and said do you know how many people say yes to that question? WELL DUH! IF YOU KNOW IT'S AN ISSUE, WHY WOULDN'T YOU FIX IT? THAT'S NEGLIGENCE AT THE LEAST.Finally, I got the NEW CT SCAN back from ADC, and my dr confirmed there was a kidney stone and small hernia. And guess what! It didn't show anything about my heart like it did last time.I WANT THEM TO TAKE FURTHER ACCOUNTABILITY AND REIMBURSE ME FOR THE $200+ I HAD TO PAY BECAUSE OF THE MIX-UP AND MISDIAGNOSIS. Looks like I'll have to get my lawyer to write another demand letter.

Zero stars. I am formally expressing my dissatisfaction with the services received. Leslie management and Marcia supervisor of medical records have the worse customer service I have even seen and experience. They should not been there dealing with patients. I do not recommend this place at all. Owners should go over the staff. Patient can not communicate any concerns due to lack of communication issues, unsatisfactory explanations, and lack of professionalism coming specially from management. This is negative impact for business. I strongly believe this issues needs to be addressed promptly to ensure better experience for future patients. I respectfully request to investigate this matter and provide a resolution for a better patient care experience.

Great place. Well organized and clean. Front desk is very polite and fast. My appointment was at 2:10 and I arrived at 2pm and they helped me right away and took me to the back. Didnu2019t had to wait too long for the ct scan

I came in for an Xray as a walk in. My experience was absolutely amazing! The front desk was so courteous and helpful. They scheduled my appointment and handled my paperwork swiftly. The tech who took care of me was very respectful and knowledgeable. I would definitely be coming back again!

Be prepared to wait over an hour. Website has several errors: location address of different locations not clear. Phone call link does not work. No email confirmation or text to clarify address. Your appointment is only a suggestion. Staff is very friendly.
