They handled my insurance information with ease and the check-in process was seamless. I have had a few excellent experiences at MEDRITE on Chambers ST and Hudson in Tribeca. Kristy is a wonderful PA who diagnosed me with pneumonia and prescribed the meds to help me get better quickly. Daniella is the absolute BEST receptionist/ assistant in the entire world!!11 She has been so kind and so helpful t me. Her patience is not to be believed. The staff were excellent. We followed the Doctors' orders and found a local ENT. We would not have had this option available to us if the Doctor had not done a thorough exam and then gone beyond the exam. She gave us a direction and a strategy to resolve the issue. Not only was the information provided what I consider above and beyond what was asked, but it showed honest caring for me as an individual. My wife and I thank you, and we genuinely appreciate the help everyone from your team provided.
