The nurses were wonderful, this review is not for them. The doctor Michael (do not know his last name as it was covered) was very arrogant and did not seem to have any concern for my injury. He is very stuck up and needs to work in a different field. He also seems to discriminate against other people's beliefs. I will be seeing a different doctor who can actually assist me properly. Seems like this facility is always getting negative reviews. I would listen to them. I left feeling uncomfortable, annoyed, and angry. Not a good feeling. Do not waste your time here.

I will never step foot into this CityMD ever again. I came iu2019m with concerns of a dry cough, ear pain, migraine lasting for 4 days. Once I saw the dr. He came in and the exam was maybe 45 seconds. He said my ears were fine, my throat was fine and to gargle with warm water and salt and take mucinex. Migraine was not addressed and neither was the ear pain. My ear pain has been getting progressively worse and I woke up today with the worst pain. Went to St. Joes Urgent Care and immediately said this is definitely infected and looks like it has been for days. All this to say, stear clear from a place that does not thoroughly check their patients, leaving thrm to be in pain.

If I could give a 0, I would. I came here last night, April 24, 2025, at 7pm, complaining of shortness of breath, a sore throat, a terrible cough, and the inability to bring mucus up from my chest. I was brought in and seen by a young male doctor, who unfortunately, despite listening to my pleas for help, and my own personal knowledge of my own body, dismissed me. Repeatedly. I knew for a fact that I had developed bronchitis, Iu2019ve had it 4 times in the last decade. I presented my hacking cough, my lack of sputum, he listened to my lungs for a singular inhale and immediately said, u201cYou do not have bronchitis. Take a cough suppressant and Iu2019ll add an inhaler.u201d Isnu2019t it humorous that my condition worsened overnight, to a point where dyspnea (shortness of breath sensation) actually made me vomit. The hacking cough turned into lengthening spells, where I was actually not able to catch my breath and stop coughing. I came to HIGH MOUNTAIN HEALTH, in Wayne, NJ, on the Hamburg Turnpike. And guess what diagnosis I JUST received less than 10 minutes ago? Acute bronchitis, as per the doctor here, u201cBeyond a reasonable doubt you have bronchitis, letu2019s get you prescribed.u201d I wasted $225 to be dismissed by a doctor who I would refer to by name in this review if I remembered. Shame on ALL of you at this establishment. Shame on you.

I came here to see about my lightheadedness and headaches. The physician I saw gave me the best advice he could and that was to contact my cardiologist and go to the ER. Long story short, my cardiologist said itu2019s nothing to worry about because of my heart condition. Anyway why Iu2019m giving this place a 5 star is because of clean and friendly everyone was, from staff to physician. But what took it over the top was the physician, sorry I donu2019t remember his name, called me personally to follow up with me. If I ever need an urgent care I will be coming back here.

I was seen by Dr. Michael Bayless. His bedside manner was unacceptable. He is a condescending unprofessional . He speaks down to his patients and is too busy talking to actually hear the patients concerns. This is not the first time I've dealt with a physician in this citymd that was like this. Oddly enough there was a female physician whose name I don't remember with the same disposition as Mr Bayless. This will be the last time I go to this location. Why get into a profession where you are supposed to help ppl but your attitude is the furthest from being helpful? Maybe look into day trading or sports analyst
