They take my up to date insurance card at the front for the appointment. Then proceed to use a 4 year old insurance card they had on file instead, the medical biller sends the bill to the wrong address, then the urgent care tries to send me to collections. Theyu2019re incompetent.

Doctor Mann was absolutely fantastic. I had a great experience overall with this urgent care clinic- I have been to other urgent cares (not in the My Urgent Care network) that were leagues below when it came to customer service, and doctor treatment. The receptionists, nurses and doctor that I saw at this clinic were all kind, receptive to the issues and complaints I brought of my health, and friendly to boot- you could not ask for better care from a walk-in/urgent care facility in the area!

I want to share my experiences about my visit to My Urgent Care, Woodridge Virginia Clinic. I have treated by different providers during my different visits to this clinic and all were great. However, I am most pleased with the care and treatment that I have received from Dr. J.P. Mann. He always shares additional information about health so I can care myself in better way. He is always an encourager explaining why it's important at my age to keep physically fit. He is a great doctor and I preferred going to this clinic vs my primary doctor if Dr. Mann is on duty.

My Urgent Care is the best Urgent Care I have ever been to. Doctors are thorough, kind, and concerned. They follow up through phone calls and emails, and are always accessible. I was seen very quickly .My Urgent Care is an excellent health care facility, and are truly concerned about their patients. There are not enough words to describe the high quality of care we receive from My Urgent Care. My Mother in law wasn t able to walk, because of their services and expertise she leads a normal life today.

I called for an appointment and was told it was not necessary since they were not busy. I arrived and filled out all the paperwork. Upon me turning the documents and provided proof of insurance the young lady explained to me that my copay was $ 130nThis is actually inaccurate and she tried to walk her mistake back, however, too late for that! I requested all the information necessary and filed a complaint against this clinic. She explained that the copay is $25 but the clinic itself has a policy that requires $130 copay from new patients. Completely unethical and fraudulent on their part since they are under the list of preferred providers and they cannot charge multiple amounts from the patient and insurance alone. Basically they are committing fraud. I noticed a lot of Hispanic speaking self pay individuals and so I spoke to one since Iu2019m also Hispanic and they just donu2019t know what they are getting themselves into and just simply need medical care, so they pay... what a disgusting business this is!!!! I hope the shut them down, I most definitely filed the complaint and Also will follow up on the better business bureau as well as the commonwealth of Virginia website. I went to sentara in Dumfries and they were able to process me in without issues, very knowledgeable and extremely polite as well showed concern for my wellbeing, also, my copay was only $10. I was impressed by the fact they were able to walk me through the process and not give me the impression of complete incompetence.nnUpdate:nSame day I called Sentara family medicine in Dumfries; they were able to schedule me for the following day; wonderful clean and super polite and knowledgeable staff. She checked my insurance, come to find out my copay is only $10 and they do not have an office policy that requires the patients to pay additional fees to their clinic. I also reported them with my insurance as they are listed under their PPO- they are investigating the matter. He called me back and informed me that the office admin was completely confused and she forwarded the call to their accounting office which explained the policy to my insurance- he said that was not part of the agreement my insurance has with them, therefore they sent this forward to the proper parties so the can review the accreditation as well as the policies they are adding to their clinic without informing the insurance. Completely unethical !!!! Once again, I urge you not to visit them, awful all the way around, they are only exploiting the patients who really donu2019t understand English, if you care for the non English speaking prospective patients, make sure the clinic has the paperwork readily available in Spanish and English, and make sure they have someone in hand for translation purposes, this clinic is only staying afloat because if the patients who have no way to know how the whole thing works here in their clinic, Iu2019m completely appalled by them!!!
