This place has to be the worse ever! Southwest Dallas (Red Oak) deserves better! I brought my 9 month old in for a high fever and was told 103 and 104 is not urgent and itu2019s a normal fever based on the book. Like really! I asked so when should I come; she (Dr. Dymott) said 106! Like who advices that! The worse doctor ever, please replace her with someone who actually cares about ppl more importantly kids! I asked about testing to make sure my kids didnu2019t have Covid, flu, etc. she stated no he didnu2019t need it cuz itu2019s no treatment so itu2019s no use and plus they donu2019t have anything to do that. Remind me the use of this place againu2026 what ER doesnu2019t have basic testing! I needed testing because I have other kids who I didnu2019t want sick so cancelling out the known viruses would have been helpful since Iu2019m here. She was just so cold! No one was in the front to welcome guest. I witnessed the whole Saturday shift; sitting and talking while ppl needed care. Just irresponsible and a terrible place for care in the city of Red Oak! We deserve better!

I took my 3-year-old to this ER around 10 AM because she had a ring stuck on her finger. Dr. Colvin and his team were incredibly gentle and patient with her. The nurse (whose name I didnu2019t catch) was so nurturing and made us feel completely at ease. Despite the busy flu season, they got us in and out quickly while still providing excellent care. Even though I live in Lancaster, the drive was well worth it. I truly appreciate their kindness and professionalism, and I wouldnu2019t hesitate to return if needed.

Not a place you want to visit on vacation, but when you do it was so nice to be greeted by a smiling, friendly staff. From the front desk, to the nurse, X-ray tech, doctor and everyone in between - you were efficient, friendly and knowledgeable. Thank you so much Erica, An, Jacki (paramedic), Tianna and Dr Dymott!

I'm very thankful to all the doctors, nurses and technician that have assisted my 2 childrens and myself as well. I have been several times at the ER and they have been very attentive, polite and kind. Most of the time that I have been there, Melissa (nurse) she has been and always very attentive, happy. I like how she loves her job. Makes us feel very comfortable. Thank you!!!!

The people there used to be very nice and loved the kids. But that was probably just the night shift. When I went this time, a lady walked out as soon as I stated I was a Christian and did not come check up anymore and the doctor talked more about why I should vaccinate my kids and measles and other viruses than the actual reason I was there. I've never felt more judged at an ER before. It was so sad.
