It was very straight forward to find the location, and the staff was friendly. I did feel not completely listened to when talking about my injury - which is usually what happens to me so it was much of the same. The wait was not long and I left within an hour of coming in.

'Urgent' failure:I Called for simple question during business hours (do you do X-rays on site at this location ?). Was on hold for 14:30. Hell no. Hung up, called back, put directly on hold without chance to speak with anyone. If you can't ANSWER my call inside of 10 minutes, I don't know how you can provide 'urgent' care!I'll stick with the other urgent care provider about two blocks away, thank you very much.

I went for the first time a few weeks ago to get some medication for severe dermatitis and was given answers a certain ER was unable to provide, along with prescriptions. I have pretty mild social anxiety, and the lack of crowding and cleanliness really eased my initial worries. The wait time for both visits were reasonable (I was the only patient my first time) and the copayments weren't backbreaking. I truly appreciate an office that's straight to the point and runs that efficiently. I'd highly recommend for anyone with anxiety surrounding medical offices and services.

Came in with a swollen tongue & throat. told them i had already had a strep test multiple times and they only did a second strep test. after my throat was swabbed, i waited 45 minutes for a doctor. a doctor wasnt even there and a nurse practitioner walked in instead. told me what i already told them as soon as i walked in. i dont have strep. i knew that 5 days before i made this appointment. the nurse practitioner was also condescending when i pointed out how long i waited to hear something i already know, asking u201chave you ever been to a clinic?u201d yes! i have been to many clinics and i dont wait 45 minutes to hear something i already told you when i walked in.

I visited this location for a workers' compensation appointment. I checked in at 3:27 pm but wasnu2019t called back until 5:07 pm, despite being the only person in the waiting room at one point. The front desk staff were very friendly and attentive, even checking with the doctors multiple times about when Iu2019d be seen. They seemed a bit puzzled by the delay as well. Unfortunately, the doctors appeared more focused on chatting with each other than on attending to patients. Once I was finally seen, the doctors were polite, but the entire appointment took about five minutesu2014definitely not worth the long wait. While the staff was courteous, the excessive wait time for a brief visit was disappointing.
