Third visit in the 3 years of living at the Promenade. Thought I had whooping cough (WC) and very concerned with a horrible hacking cough, nearly blacking out at times. Wonderful experience once again, took me right away. Vitals, XRay and WC test in 10 mins and back home. All AOK, but happy they are so professional, welcoming and efficient. Thanks you allu2026

I made an appointment and as soon as I walked in the receptionist/nurse took my information and put it into the computer. Within a few minutes she took me back to an exam room! The doctor came in within a few minutes. She was very nice, informative, thorough and I felt she covered all the bases and treated my problem efficiently!This is the second time I've come to this Carbon Health and I have also recommended a friend here. So far I have had a positive experience both times and my friend was also pleased as well!

I went here because my ear was clogged and I needed it cleaned out. I could not get in to see my doctor for a few days and wanted a quick resolution. The online appointment scheduling is very convenient. The receptionist was very friendly. The place was clean. The nurse was thorough and asked a lot of questions and she was also very nice.The doctor came in and said Hey I think I know what the problem is without talking or looking at me. He suggested that I had an infection. I told him my ears have clogged before and may just need cleaned out. He told me in my 30+ years of practice I have never heard of anyone doing that. He concluded that I had an infection and gave me medicine.He was incorrect. I went to my family doctor a few days later and my ear was indeed clogged like I suggested ( see picture below if you dare).It cost me $80 and a few hours of work time.It's a shame because it is a very nice, clean, convenient place. I understand everyone makes mistakes and we are all human so I would say I would recommend for some things but just be cautious about the diagnosis given and get a second opinion when possible.

SUCH an awesome experience here. I havenu2019t been feeling well the past few days + instead of just dismissing me saying it was u201cjust viralu201d, they ran many tests and tried everything to get to the bottom of my illness. Also, I am petrified of needles + blood, so when the PA told me I would need bloodwork, I was extremely anxious. But the woman (not sure if she was a nurse or also a PA) who did the test was ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!!! she helped me feel so calm + relaxed. No panic attacks or passing out for me!!! I wish I had got her name but regardless, this place has such great staff. I 100% recommend if you need a quick checkup, or etc.!

I took my 16 year old daughter to Carbon in Dresher last Sunday after a car accident. It was a very traumatic afternoon and my 16 year old was very upset as the accident occurred maybe 90 minutes before we arrived.The reason for the visit was because she had ringing in her ears from where the air bags deployed and came in contact with the side of her head.From the moment we checked in, the wonderful woman at the the front desk, sensing the state that my daughter was in, was incredibly kind and empathetic. That's not a common place reaction in the world today and it was MUCH appreciated.We didn't have to wait long before the medical attendant came in to check my daughter's ears. He was also wonderful. He was a total professional who was very keen to explain his examination and his findings with warmth and concern, understanding the trauma that my 16 year old had just experienced.The full experience at Carbon Health Urgent Care Dresher totally took the edge off of the horrible scene that had taken place earlier. I will forever sing the praises of the staff and the experience. THANK YOU.
