I have been a patient of Dr. Sidberry's on and off for over 10 years. I had an appointment that I had made a month earlier. When I got there I was told that he was not seeing patients due to a medical issue. They did not even have enough courtesy to give me a call. I missed a day of work and feel very disappointed in the way I was treated.

I walked in on a Friday afternoon. I was seen in less than 10 minutes. Dr. Sidberry was very nice as well as his staff. They are open until 6pm, however the last appointment of the day (walkin or not) is 5:30pm. I think that is very reasonable considering most doctors offices are closed as early as 11am on Fridays. Dr. Sidberry is not my PCP, but in a pinch I was very pleased with the experience and HIGHLY disagree with the below review. They are very much concerned about patient health.

Never made it to the doctor...called at 5:30pm to let them know I was on my way. The receptionist reluctantly admitted they were open until 6. When I arrived at 5:50 they were closed. I knocked on the door and she cracked the door saying that I was to late and they had closed for the day.nI understand wanting to go home early...but not when you have a sick patient in need of health services (ringing in the ears, migraine and very dizzy). This place is about money and not patient care or health...

the center is closed the number disconnected, my prescription they were keeping and all my medical records are there, and no one to talk to about getting them bad situation , going to the med board
