My experience here was very memorable, I had a pretty bad fall that landed me in an ambulance ride to midland hospital. From the ambulance ride to the x ray staff they took wonderful care for me. I want to give a shout out to everyone in the xray and ct scan room. It truly made my experience there better. They treated me like a human and was extremely kind in their care for me.nnMy ER DR. Is different story. One of the rudest individuals I've ever came across in the health care system. My 5 year old son was in the room at one point and he started telling me how stupid I was. I would have rated this 1 star if it wasn't for everyone else being so kind to me. I will probably call at some point to make a formal complaint.

I cannot believe this hospital is still running. The staff should be embarrassed to say they work in this facility. They should not even consider this healthcare because there is no caring in this facility. My husband went into ER in September 2024 exhibiting signs of heart failure including chest pain, extreme pitting edema, and coughing up blood. The ER doctor did not run a cardiac workup and sent him home. 2 months later, we find out that he has an EF of 15%, at only 28 years old, which could have been caught in September if the doctor on staff would have listened. Fast forward, the hospital staff is nearly impossible to get in touch with. We left 5 messages in one day to get my husbands medication refilled and never received a call back and it headed into the weekend when they were closed. There is no team, it's individual doctors running around thinking they know everything and they do not listen to their patients or their advocates. The nursing staff is the only department that deserves any recognition as they stay back and hold the hands of the families that the doctors leave behind. Fast forward 2 months after his diagnosis, we learned that his cardiac MRI taken in December which determined his final diagnosis and has caused his to spend $1,900/month in medication was in fact UNINTERPRETABLE due to the equipment being outdated and unable to penetrate a bodybuilder and instead of advocating for a second MRI with the insurance company they just sent him home with a guess of a diagnosis.
