Went for a Covid test which is supposed to be free and she charged $150 for it they do not tell you you be charged a office visit. Horrible that she is charging people during this pandemic. If you call the office to complain about the charge they hang up on you. Totally unprofessional operation there I have used her before but never again. I am extremely disappointed in her.

I was recommended by a friend to visit Nassau Immediate Medical Care for COVID PCR lab testing before an international flight. Dr. Welgrin and her staff were very helpful and returned my results well before the trip. The office is clean and I definitely will return again in the future.

The staff and the doctor are beyond accommodating. They have incredible bedside manner and are just very kind and friendly. They went out of their way to be helpful. I am grateful I found this place. Itu2019s close to home and has wonderful staff.

Not only did i drive out of my way to go here. Ive been here over a dozen of time. I have insurance, and its been with the same company for about half a decade but i changed the plan with them. Instead of taking calling my insurance company and double checking with my number which i did all this on my own after words to double check and to find out my id number never changed they just let me walk around sick for longer and to get even worse
