I was checked in and greeted with a smile. Jayla T. did the rooming process efficiently and always greets everyone with a smile. Sidney Miley is a very strong, empathetic, and caring provider. She is very knowledgeable. I would trust my family to her care! And even though I didn't need an xray the tech, Kelly C was welcoming and offered to help Jayla with my care. I would normally use another urgent care because of distance, but honestly Slidell is small so nothing really is too far. I love the professional and quick service. I was able to check in, seen, diagnosed and discharged all within 40 minutes or less. The provider was extremely caring and understanding. She called several pharmacies to confirm availability of a prescription she wanted to call in for me. Details like this goes a long way.
