The front desk and nurse Dr all were very respectful and quicky to help me with compassion and totally understanding. It didn't smell bad and it was clean as well! First, they are a walk in, no appointment needed health care clinic. That's something every town needs. A reasonable fee for service and no surprises with the bill. My experience with Taylor Francis, APP was a warm, caring one. Thorough evaluation related to my problem but never made me feel like a diagnosis or number. A future appointment to establish a history and primary care was another relief. I won't have to guess where I'll get my next blood pressure med refill or deal with whatever else comes up.nSo yes, I am very happy with my experience at NRMC walk in clinic. I am grateful to Taylor and all the staff there, they do very good work.
