I've never seen such shameless unprofessional behavior in any medical facility. Young girls at front counter treat you like you're incompetent. I could clearly heat them gossiping about me as I took my seat. Everyone in the room could hear it. The nurse assistant and nurse were fantastic, but the front counter staff acted like high school girls and didn't take anything seriously, like they enjoy having control of private patient information and then comparing notes. Really bizarre, actually. Intend to provide a more complete review soon.

I believe this urgent care facility would benefit from hiring and training professional staff who can communicate effectively and respectfully with patients, especially at the front desk.There is a staff member(female African American) who sometimes assists the doctor and also checks patients in, but her approach comes across as rude and unprofessional. Improving communication skills and customer service training for all staff members would enhance the patient experience.Thank you for addressing this concern.

The care my daughter recieve was fine. It's the front desk I'm upset with. When we went, there wasn't alot of people so we had waited only 10 min.Why I gave a 1 star is because whoever the front desk was, when they took my daughters information, for some reason they didn't take the right information. I SPECIFICALLY gave them the PRIMARY INS CARD because I know they did not take medi-cal. I found the urgent care based on our private insurance's in-network on the insurance's site. AND YET they only got my daughters medi-cal information. They billed medi-cal, medi-cal denied stating we have OTHER INSURANCE: PRIMARY INSURANCE. And yet no one called us to confirm if we had other health insurance before even billing us. I remember when I work for a health care clinic, and when patients insurance get denied we always verified with the patient to make sure they don't have any other insurance before billing the patient. Well, we got a bill, I PAID the bill (almost $200) and yet we still got a letter from COLLECTION stating we DID NOT pay the bill. When checking my card statement, it states I paid the full amount to the account they provide me with. Just recently when the collections letter came, we spoke with the debt collecter trying to file a dispute. Per the debt collector, when they call the urgent care clinic, we had NOT paid. But if we were to send over the proof to them they can file the dispute. I called the Elk Grove Urgent Care's billing department and the rep i spoke to stated the only insurance information they have was medi-cal, which again was denied. I informed him we have PRIVATE INSURANCE AS PRIMARY and he was shocked. He took the information and informed me they will be billing the primary insurance and will contact the collection agency regarding the new insurance claim submission. I am UPSET because people aren't doing their JOBS. I'm not even sure how they did not put our Private insurance on file when that was the ONLY insurance information we provided. Front desk needs to do better!!

Garbage . Please call a health inspector/fraud department. These goons steal your money and call themselves urgent care. There are no needy services provided here, and instead, they refer you to another clinic in Sacramento. If you are easily decieved into wasting money for things and services you think you might receive, than yes, go to this place and get robbed. This is a waste of medical services , please refrain from being falsely lured into this facility. God , please help as these people just falsely use medical license to make money.

My son had eyes allergy and filled the forms and was waiting over 1.5 hours in the lobby and there was just 4 more patient ofter that a nurse called us and went to the room and there we were waiting one hour but the doctor didnu2019t come, when I asked them, they said the doctors is still with previous patient you have to wait more, please donu2019t go over here itu2019s just useless and waste of time .Pooooor service and donu2019t have care for patient .
