I was treated very quickly and was able to be discharged considerably improved. I was very impressed with everyone there. All issues and treatments were explained clearly and thoughtfully. My input as a patient was solicited toward decisions. I even received a follow-up phone call the next day to check on me! I felt like I was in extremely good hands and really appreciate everyone there who worked hard to get me stabilized. The treatment I received there and additional treatments prescribed afterward were exactly what I needed to help me get back to my norm. While I am still recovering, I have been steadily improving since my discharge and have Navarre Emergency to thank for that!

By far the best nurses and doctor I have ever dealt with! We were visiting from out of town and I became very sick while also being pregnant and they all went above and beyond to provide me with amazing care! Everyone was so sweet and truly incredible at their jobs. I would give them all an 1000/10 stars if that was possible!! Thank you all so much for all you do and the amazing care that you provided me with!

There are too many specifics to list here. 1) I was, on paper, admitted to the hospital but never moved out of the ER. I spent over 10 hours in the hallway of the ER which was a terrible experience in itself. We were told I couldn't have a room in the ER because I had been technically admitted to the hospital but was never moved out of the ER! There were plenty of empty rooms in the ER. After an MRI, my last test, they put me an ER room just to be immediately discharged. We were told I would be released after the MRI so this was planned. I was never hooked back up to my IV or any of the other leads. Insurance has since denied the whole claim because the hospital said they admitted me. 2) I corrected the nurse when she tried to give me the wrong dose of blood pressure medicine. It was 1/4 of my actual dosage. We had the Rx bottles with us to show the staff and it still happened. 3)I had to remind the staff when I was overdue for anti-nausea meds. 4)If patients are going to be left in the hallway, the staff should attempt to be quiet when not discussing NON work related issues. Like the guy who talked for 20 minutes about how he hates scones. 5) The Dr. left for the day without giving us the results of the MRI. She called us but did not leave a message. My phone was turned off because I was too sick to be on the phone. The nurse dialed the Dr. and tried to hand me phone. I referred it to my husband because, again, I was too sick to be on the phone. 6) It was Sunday evening when I was discharged and was sent home without the meds I needed to make it through until the pharmacies opened up again the following morning. I only needed 2 tabs of anti-nausea and 1 tab of something to help me sleep through the night. I was told this could not happen even though the pharmacies were closed for the evening. We did find one pharmacy open late in Milton. We asked if the prescriptions could be transferred there instead. We were told 'no. because the Dr. had left for the night. We asked if another Dr. in the ER could help. Again, the answer was 'no. I thought the patient was supposed to come first? I was essentially pushed against a wall in the hallway and forgotten about. This is not ok.

The nurse and radiology tech were great. The doctor almost put me in a walking shoe with a break in my foot and a badly sprained ankle. I am still in such pain but making it. A huge shout out to nurse Joana!
