I hate to leave a bad review but I got an email asking me to rate my experience so that is what Iu2019m doing. If we werenu2019t moving soon, Iu2019d be looking for a new Pediatricianu2019s office. Weu2019ve been with this office for over 2 years but the past few months have not been good. This week, My child was extremely sick with a 105 fever. I set an appt to come in. There was no front desk clerk, so the checkout clerk checked us in with no one else in the waiting room. About 20 min later, someone else came in and immediately went to the back. No problem. I hear the receptionist talking to someone and finally she looked over and saw me. Her eyes went wide, printed out a form, and brought it to the back. It was obvious she forgot we were there. My kid tested positive for flu a and the doctor said she was sending my prescription to the pharmacy. I went straight there at 420 and they said they didnu2019t have anything. I called the office, whom then closed at 430 so wasnu2019t answering. I went back to the pharmacy an hour later hoping it was just delayed but the office never sent the prescription. When I called the next day they gave no reason of why it was never sent and when they finally sent it, the weather was too bad to drive due to snow and the pharmacy was closed for 2 days. Unfortunately itu2019s too difficult to switch pediatricians in our area.

My child has been coming to this office for many years and over the last year this practice has literally fell apart. I used to recommend this location because the staff was great and I felt like they cared about my baby. Now I feel like they donu2019t care at all. It literally took a month of me calling as well as the pharmacy to get a refill on allergy meds and once they called it in they gave the bare minimum prescription, so weu2019re back to calling until they DECIDE to send over the prescription. Sometimes money distorts the views of the providers and I really feel like this is the case because everything was great until the Spring Lake office openedu2026now the staff doesnu2019t care AT ALL. I wouldnu2019t recommend my worst enemy to this establishment.

Iu2019ll give them two stars because I had no issues with the care itself. I might be the odd one out, but Iu2019ve never had issues with the front desk staff either; theyu2019ve always been friendly to me. However, ever since they switched over to Cape Fear, itu2019s been a dumpster fire. Iu2019ve just been extremely frustrated because it takes like 9 months to get a bill. Then, when I go to pay, the amount listed on my chart is always double what the actual bill is. The representative from Tricare even told me it looks like theyu2019re trying to get away with charging me co-pays long after the fact (literally just got a bill for a visit from May of last year) for PREVENTATIVE office visits. They even billed me for a test for my daughter that we only discussed; she never actually had the test, yet weu2019re still being billed for it.nnItu2019s just shady.

The best place for your babies.nIu2019m Italian and I have very high standards but this place itu2019s amazing !nYou start with the sweetest Siriea in the front desk sheu2019s so nice and every time you need something or you call for the appointment sheu2019ll try her best for what you need !nThe nurse Stephanie itu2019s my favourite always with a smile and so sweet and gentle with the babies !nThe doctor e team are very professional and meticulous and never hasty and this is very important!nI canu2019t say nothing wrong about this place !nItu2019s very high quality and high suggested!

The front desk is very rude. Also, we had an outstanding bill that we were never updated on. No bill to our home, no email nothing . We found out we had an outstanding bill when we went in for my sons 1 year check up. When they tell us the bill needs to be paid before he was seen. I was very upset due to not having 1,000 dollars on me as well as not being informed of a balance. We found out it was because they were billing the wrong tricare insurance.. so the balance was inaccurateu2026 we have been at this pediatrician since my son was born he is now 2 and I am no longer interested in disorganization and front desk attitude. As a doctors office with our little ones the last thing you want is to have attitude as soon as you walk in OR on the phone or be on hold for 40 minutes then they hang up. I think they got bought out by Cape Fear so that may be a sign as well they werenu2019t doing good but even with cape fear helping then the staff still has nasty attitudes ud83dude05
