The doctor is amazing and the nurse who came in for vitals and to perform the tests was kind and patient. The girl at the desk was rude and told me I should probably go home because there was a long wait time. I told her my son had a very high fever and she again suggested go home and do a virtual appointment but why would I when he couldn't get tested? He ended up being diagnosed with the flu. The desk girl should be fired because everyone else goes over and above to accommodate.

Initial visit was fine. The doctor asked that I bring my son back to check his ear and possibly flush it if necessary. I asked if I had to make another appointment he said no just walk in from 8-8pm. When I returned the receptionist was extremely rude. She said that doctor wasnu2019t in and he hadnu2019t put anything in his notes. Iu2019m trying to tell her what the doctor told me and why would I just show up unless the doctor asked us to return. She proceeded to tell me they donu2019t ask patients to return and he told me verbally and there was no notes so basically she canu2019t believe what Iu2019m saying. Then she says to sign my son in and heu2019ll be seen. I asked if I would then have to make another co payment she said of course!! Complete waste and all I did was follow what the doctor asked.

Entire staff was welcoming and responsive .nnThe attending doctor was detailed in all his responses and clarified any concerns which I had . I remember him from previous past visits and his high level of professionalism remains the same. Kudos to him and to your administration.

Receptionist could have been a bit friendlier otherwise the rest of the staff was friendly not as thorough care as I have received in the past. I made an appointment on line for the Tarrytown office describing that I had an injury to my foot. When I got there they informed me that the X-ray tech was in Dobbs Ferry that day and that I would have to go to Dobbs Ferry for treatment. I hobbled out of the office and went to Dobbs Ferry.
