I had an excellent experience at Nellie gail Urgent Care. I came in with a small piece of glass stuck deep in my finger, and I was honestly worried it wouldnu2019t be taken seriously. But Dr. M. Salimkhanian was incredibly patient, kind, and thorough. He took the time to examine my hand carefully, took an X-ray, and with amazing care and precision, successfully removed the glass shard.nnHe could have easily said it was too complicated or referred me somewhere else, but instead, he showed such compassion and professionalism. I truly appreciate the time and attention he gave me. It made a painful and stressful situation so much easier to handle. Iu2019m genuinely grateful and highly recommend this clinic and doctor to anyone who needs urgent care.

Recently had to go here 2 times in 3 week. I saw two different doctors I think. I say I think because I was in such pain that I really couldn't think straight. Anyway both were professional, straight to the point and right to fixing the problem. I really appreciated that. The front desk staff were very nice and professional as well. I suffered a cut on my forehead that required 8 stitches. The receptionist Carla was very kind and welcoming. The nurse Mos (hope I spelled his name right) was accommodating and made sure you were comfortable. The Dr. Mike is the best MD Iu2019ve ever encountered. He was very careful and communicated every move he made to make sure I was not in pain while he stitched me up. After a very traumatic accident, I am so lucky to come to Nellie Gail Urgent Care as the whole staff understood that you come with discomfort or pain and they make sure you are comfortable and given the best treatment. I hope that every medical facility could make you feel this way when you come in need. Thanks.
