The staff at NeuMed Modern Urgent Care was extremely friendly, caring and attentive. The facility is clean and relaxing, with a very positive atmosphere. Their self-pay pricing is listed upfront and feels transparent from the beginning. Any additional testing was explained and I was notified of the cost. I knew exactly how much I would be paying and there were no surprise charges or fees. They even gave me tips on saving money on the medications that were prescribed. I will definitely be back.

Today was by the worst experience Iu2019ve had at this location. Iu2019ve gone here a few times and never had an issue until today. I was charged 100$ to ask for a prescription for ibuprofen for endometriosis, which is extremely painful. I saw ASHLEY PRATEL NP , who asked me what have I used for pain management I told her T3 and ibuprofen however I am HERE FOR IBUPROFEN !!!! And was told T3 isnu2019t for cramps so she canu2019t give that. she decided to palpate my lower abdomen after telling her I have severe cramps. Iu2019m not sure why that was necessary part of her assessment! I then asked her about short term anti anxiety medication suggestion for a plane ride and was told I could not get anything and I would need to make another appointment for that, ( I didnu2019t ask for prescription just wanted suggestions) Which is insane. She made it seem as if I was drug seeking. I felt judged, profiled, and uncomfortable. She took no time to review my medical hx and lacked empathy. As a medical professional myself itu2019s sad that I had to experience this, puts things into prospective why many people do not like to go get the help they need. I strongly advise not to see her or go here if you need assistance. There are way better and more affordable clinics around! Please go where professionals listen to your concerns without judgement and a price tag to everything.

The staff and office was amazing. I got the happy hour special and I donu2019t think that was the best start for me. I donu2019t feel a difference. I think I wouldu2019ve faired better with the full IV bag. The chair 10/10

Guillermo, the provider, was incredibly gentle with the IV insertionu2014I barely felt a thing. He made the process feel effortless, which is rare to find.nnIrenice, the medical assistant, went out of her way to make sure I was completely comfortable during the entire visit. The IV room was private and peaceful, which I really appreciatedu2014so different from other places where youu2019re often in a shared space. The environment at Neumed is spotless, modern, and aesthetically pleasing. It honestly felt like a wellness spa.nnI left feeling refreshed and well taken care of.
