I was not seen by a Dr., but an intern, whom was not very efficient and capable.She did not explain the benefits, nor known side effects and or possible side effects to me on the new preventative med she so quickly threw my way. Nor did she go over the benefits, and why the vitamins, she threw my way were beneficial to migraine treatment.This office twice told me they had not received my medical files from my previous Neurologist and that's a blatant lie. They had faxed it over twice!!I was prescribed a migraine med that I had told the intern did was not affective in treating my chronic migraines. And guess what ...!! That was the med that was prescribed to me!!! Because, they most likely did not believe me, and that would be because they had not looked for my files faxed in by my previous Dr.So to conclude I have to say , this is a very inefficient office and they let the Interns run the show !!!!!

I would not recommend this place. If you need to speak with a doctoru2014for example, to clarify which test you actually need because the doctor provided conflicting informationu2014youu2019re required to book another appointment. They do not relay messages to the doctors, as they operate more like a call center for multiple offices.If a doctor says theyu2019ll write a referral, expect to wait at least four weeksu2014and thatu2019s only if you follow up consistently. Otherwise, it simply wonu2019t happen.If a test gets added last minute and you already have an appointment scheduled, they wonu2019t call you to tell you that but theyu2019ll cancel your original appointment without notifying you. Then, theyu2019ll reschedule without consulting with you. They will not tell you who you will be seeing because they donu2019t know.The first provider I saw appeared to be an intern; the second was a nurse practitioner. After two months and multiple visits, I still donu2019t have answer to what the issue is. Iu2019ve never seen Dr. Ekenazi although I requested on day one.This is the most disorganized medical office Iu2019ve ever encountered. And if you ask to speak with Carlos, the office manageru2014donu2019t bother. He wonu2019t return your

The Spanish-speaking support made me feel right at home, and I was able to express myself fully. I also appreciated how quickly they handled my prescription needs.

I do not recommend this doctor's office. My experience suggests a lack of patient care, with a potential focus on prescribing a large amount of medication, possibly through a connected pharmacy for financial gain. After a two-month wait following a video consultation, I did not receive my medication and sought care from a different neurologist. Surprisingly, the medication from the initial office arrived two months after my consultation. Despite contacting the office and the pharmacy to cancel the prescription as I no longer needed it, I was informed by the pharmacy that cancellation was not possible. This situation, along with the apparent connection between the doctor's office and the pharmacy, has led me to believe that their practices prioritize financial benefit over genuine patient treatment.

My doctor didn't show up to two appointments. I waited a combined 12 hours and never received so much as an explanation. The front desk also only takes cash and doesn't carry change.
