Dr.Sethi and his staff gave me my life back, I am beyond grateful to every single member of the staff from the receptionists who are always cheerful and eager to help, all the way up to Dr. Stethi himself. I suffered for over a year and not one single doctor at uhs or lourdes guthrie would help. I was even told there wasn't a single diagnosis on the planet to explain my pain and I was crazy. First, I want to say that in terms of medical care, this place is actually genuinely excellent. Everyone from receptionist to provider is polite, knowledgeable, and good at what they do.However,They have also farmed out their phone services to the world's least helpful AI Assistant which has consistently left my questions unanswered, failed to pass along messages and medicine refill requests, and resulted in me going sometimes weeks without the medicines I need to function on a day to day basis.I am begging them to just hire a few real human beings. There's rarely more than one or two people ahead of me in the queue, you can't possibly be receiving such a high volume of calls to make this AI garbage worth it. 2/5Edit: On about my third or fourth attempt to contact them I made it through to talk to a person, with no change in the process beforehand. I am raising my rating to 4/5 but am still very frustrated at the coin flip between actual help and a robotic brick wall

My name is Kelly and up until ten minutes ago I was a patient here. I am between pain management, been waiting since November 26, 2024. I was told today the Dr will not be able to review my records until sometime next week. Now Dr Sethis office sent in the muscle relaxers will not send pain meds for even two weeks. I have five failed cspine surgeries and facet bone disease in my lumbar. Bone on bone going on down there.I have played by the rules for over 16 years with this garbage. Why? Bc today putting the patients first, on a case by case basis is not happening. Im done. I have been waiting months for the surgical team to call me a bout a procedure, nothing, months about paperwork I dropped off over the summer, nothin I'm staying that so this is not turned into a pain med thing. I've been patient with all of this, but today is the last straw.Don't expect help when you truly have to have it.

They pay Attention to your needs, Milton Harding Is Awesome. He does his best to get you out of pain, he listens to you . The Office is clean, and the Staff is very polite . I recommend this office.

The phone number went to a neurosurgeons personal cell phone. He was so angry that a potential patient with a cancelled appointment would call him, that my spouse has been barred from getting care at this practice.
