I have been a patient since 2001 and the front office staff Ms. Juliann - Check-in, Ms. Doris-Manager, Ms. Evelyn-Treatment Coordinator and Ms. Irma-Check-out and I canu2019t forget Dr. Ahn my Dentist have been very very nice and pleasurable to be around. Everytime I come in they are always smiling. The back office has very pleasurable as well.

Everybody here is very friendly and professional. Havenu2019t been to dentist for over 2 years. Turns out i donu2019t have any cavities and my gums are healthy! What a relief. The dentist clean my teeth very well educating me how to brush and floss. Thank you everyone at assure dental!

Assure Dental was excellent. They are organized and fast. They immediately did fillings and caught things my last dentist missed. The X-rays were in front of me in the room and everything explained throughly including copays. Very happy. Thank you.

If incompetence & lack of professional accountability had pictures in the Dictionary...it would be this this office and it's staff as a new patient if I didn't already go through hell and high water with my Insurance company to find this particular office who accepts my insurance I'd be looking for another Dentist office right now ! Their Dr and or X-ray Tech failed to determine I needed more than a routine Wisdom Tooth extraction but a Biopsy on the surrounding tissue as well - ther referred me out to an Oral Surgeon who determines I also need a Biopsy of the area THAT OF COURSE HE DOESN'T PERFORM so I have to see an Oral Surgeon that does it all which of course means another referral and wait time on what could possibly be a bad situation for my health...
