Iu2019ve been a patient at Dallas AllCare for over six months, primarily for anxiety management. What Iu2019ve experienced recently has been nothing short of frustrating, disappointing, and frankly, unacceptable.Without warning, I was locked out of the patient portal. I spent two hours trying to get in touch with someoneu2014calls went unanswered and led nowhere. It was only after contacting corporate that I regained access, only to find everything wiped: no messages, no records, and no way to contact my provider, Vitia. When I finally spoke with someone, I was informedu2014without any prior noticeu2014that Vitia had left the practice. This was news to me, especially since u201cVitiau201d had supposedly been continuing to approve and renew my prescriptions. I asked how I could access my medical records from my time under her care and was told I would need to come in for a new appointment and re-establish care with a different provider.I clearly stated multiple times that I wasnu2019t looking to schedule an appointmentu2014I simply wanted my existing medical records. Instead of being listened to, I was placed on hold mid-sentence and repeatedly spoken over. Ultimately, I was told that I would not be given my own medical records unless I switched over to one of their current doctors, despite the fact that Iu2019ve already been a patient there for more than half a year. This experience has been stressful, unprofessional, and a violation of basic patient rights. As someone managing anxiety, the lack of communication, respect, and access to care has only made my situation worse. I strongly urge anyone considering this practice to think twice, and think about if they will ever have to access their medical records ever, if the answer is yes. Donu2019t go.

My self and my family have loved being able to see Dr. Ijamakinwa. But since it has been harder to get appointments with her, we would have to see the NP and unfortunately when it comes to women's care it doesn't seem like she knows what she is doing she has had us swab ourselves and making yearly exams very uncomfortable that is why I have not been back. My daughter has also had the same subpar issues with the NP. She is a sweet lady but should take more time in understanding the actual work of a NP, I have never had to go back to any Dr. Office to retest and this has happened on more than one occasion. Again, the NP has wonderful bedside manner, but it means nothing when the tests and exams are not being performed properly. This is not the care we pay for and is uncomfortable and concerning for us as patients.

Donu2019t get me wrong, the people here are very nice, butu2026u2026 The corporation that runs all are is the absolute worst! Every time you call in youu2019re routed to their corporate. The people there are simply inept! Trying to get to the local facility on the phone is next to impossible. When you do get there they are great. If you have to leave a message they will NOT return your calls. I currently have three messages in about renewing prescriptions.Getting prescriptions refilled here is a nightmare! They want you to do 30 day prescriptions not 90. For working people with fairly basic med needs itu2019s frustrating! I donu2019t think they realize how difficult it is for working people with families to constantly get refills from inept pharmacies.Bottom line is that if you need a responsive doctors office this isnu2019t the place.

here we go, I walked in with the flu(undiagnosed) at 625pm I was told I was good with timing and I would be the 7pm appointment slot. Awesome, filled everything out sat and waited, no big deal. 702 I get called back to the room (nice timing!) 704 Iu2019m in the patient room and I get told u201citu2019s too late our system wonu2019t allow us to put you in the system but I can tell you where other urgent care offices areu201d. Mind you the lady that was u201cchecking me inu201d was struggling to even put my insurance in and was VERY vocal about it and no one in the office assisted her. My husband offered to put our insurance information in the online form but she insisted on finishing the check in process which in turn made me get turned away after sitting there for over 30 minutes and missing out on majority of other urgent cares in the area business hours. If this office is the only one open I wouldnu2019t go back. We didnu2019t get greeted when we walked in, was treated poorly by the lady that took me back, and was turned away because of something they could have prevented. 10/10 WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!

They charged me $700+ for a 30 minute sick visit, where I was diagnosed with COVID. They will not adjust this or communicate on why they categorized my visit as MODERATE LEVEL COMPLEXITY/RISK OF MORTALITY. They sent my medical information to a collections company for my visit in October. I am currently working to resolve this, but the staff are completely outrageous, rude, unprofessional, and will charge you for the very most they can squeeze out of you for a normal sick visit. I have never in my life been sent a 700 bill for a sick visit.I am reporting them to the BBB and I sincerely warn others to stay away from this place. They are an awful place of business, and they are not the same urgent care that has been in Dallas for years and charged fair, reasonable prices with a kind staff. If you read the reviews you will notice I am not the only one being charged this much. It can and WILL be you if you attempt to go here! They are the core pride of the statement The healthcare industry is a scam. !!!UPDATE: I have reported them to the BBB
