Felt disrespected from the moment I walked in by all staff. The doctor came in checked me over and left, no answers for my ongoing fever and cough. My pharmacy called me and said my prescription was ready. I didnu2019t even know they sent one over! When I went to pick it up the pharmacist said u201cyou must have been to that urgent care. They send the same u201ccare packageu201d for every patient.u201d

Donu2019t respond with the cookie cutter HIPAA or privacy response because my comment wonu2019t apply. Just reevaluate your staffu2019s demeanor and your hours reduction just in time for FLU SEASON!I took my son to be seen for a fever and other issues. It was before 5:30 on 10/21/24 and before we even stepped to the counter the receptionist said that he would not be seen because they were at patient capacity for the day. The 3 rooms might have been full but there was only one other set of 2 people waiting. Well that was that we turned around and walked out to Pro-Health Urgent care. Considering we pay out of pocket New Hope lost a paying customer. Iu2019m sorry but before 6:00 you are open, lock the doors at 6 whatever but turning patients away is unprofessional.

Lazy, rude, and unnecessary treatment. Walking in 1 hour before closed and told it's too time consuming to perform sports physicals. Never have I been refused service at a health care facility simply because they are too lazy to do simple task (sports physicals are easy money! ). Went down the road to pro health where we were warmly welcomed and in and out the door with both my kids in 12 minutes. I will never walk back in the doors of this trashy health care facility again especially after the excellent service and care at pro health

The lady at the front desk was nice an understanding I was there for my son they were about to close but they still took my son in an looked him over an got him taken care of. Really like the old guy Dr, think his name is Chris, he's very good with people especially kids. Can tell he takes his job seriously an cares for his patients. When I need to go to a urgent care I go to New hope urgent care. Not every place is perfect. But for me they do a good job.

I disagree with this practice. I was charged $30 for a copay to have a so called Dr come in to tell me there is nothing he can do. Before he even knew what was going on. The office closes at 7. I arrived before 5 I heard and seen the staff scattering to clean to be able to close by 5:30. I was mistreated and told to go to the emergency room. If Iu2019d known I was going to be neglected I would have not even gone there. What a joke. Thanks for NOTHING
