I had a great experience at the urgent care, all thanks to Ingrid and the rest of the team! From the moment I walked in, Ingrid made me feel welcomed with her warmth and professionalism. She was not only efficient but also genuinely kind. The officer at the front desk was equally awesome, providing great customer service and ensuring everything went smoothly.nnIf youu2019re ever in the area, donu2019t forget to ask them for their recommendations on the best food in the cityu2014she has some great suggestions that are definitely worth checking out! Highly recommend this place for both the excellent care and the top-notch service!

First of all, the care my son received by the medical staff was excellent. My son has Crohn's and has Blue Shield of California PPO. The billing department did not bill the visit as an Urgent Care visit but as a hospital visit which makes no sense to me. Their explanation was that is the way they always do it. The insurance company says that the billing code needed to be changed by Ochsner. I spoke to the lady in the billing department who refused to make any changes. Needless to say I am not happy with Ochsner Health's way of billing.

While visiting New Orleans my sciatic nerve became so inflamed that I could barely walk. I checked google and found this place and Iu2019m so glad I did. The wait was less than 30 minutes. My triage started with Chloe who was super compassionate and very nice. Then came Terry Nguyen. She reviewed my previous notes from my home tests and doctors before she even came into the room. She took the time to explain my problem and gave me potential solutions. She spent about 30 minutes with me and Iu2019ve not had a medical professional spend that kind of time with me in a very long time! I wish I lived here so she could treat me all the time!

Been fighting chest congestion for a couple of weeks, went to this urgi-care for the second time and it was one of the most pleasant visit to see a doc, it's usually a nightmare. I had to change insurance and update my info which took maybe 5 to 10 minutes, tops. Waited another couple of minutes and I was back getting my vitals checked and pharmacy changes. Saw the doc a few mi,utes after and was diagnosed, treated, and sent on my way. The easiest medical experience I've ever had, I'm 50. No copay with my insurance. I highly recommend this urgi-care if you're in the area. Top notch, ud83dudc4dud83dudc4d

Great urgent care - quick and friendly staff. I went right before lunch on a Thursday and there was no one else there. The nurse advised against going on sundays because it gets really busy. There is on-site security so you can feel safe. They read TB skin tests on saturdays!
