Absolutely ridiculous! Itu2019s a whooping $60 to be seen. Even if you know whatu2019s wrong with yourself. I had poison oak for the second time this summer. First time they prescribed me he larger cream pack, a steroid pack for 6 days and I asked for a cortisone shot. The pharmacy cost about $60. They refused to give me the shot and at the time the poison oak would actually ooze leaving a yellow/orange liquid and then crust over (REALLY GROSS). Didnu2019t work and had to go back!! Then they gave me a stronger steroid and finally the cortisone shot (which finally stopped it from spreading) they TRIED to charge me an additional $60 again then $30 for the shot. It cleared up and about 2 months later I got poison oak again. So, this time I went in as soon as it appeared. The doctor on staff wasnu2019t very pleasant; she was rude and thought she knew best. Yes, in most cases the doctor does know best. She was very firm against me getting the shot (I have very sensitive skin). Still have the poison oak on both arms and on my upper left arm which has now turned black and blue a week after getting JUST cream , its blistering up and very itchy. The man that owns the center is the head doctor and is very nice and is willing to hear you out and help. He is willing to make you feel better. BUT, Dr. Jennifer Roth didnu2019t seem to care!!!!! If you do go there donu2019t be seen by her.

Except for all those wonderful thing other reviewers (real or not real) are saying, I must beware of several problems I had with this clinic.1. The waiting time is 15 minutes per person in lobby. This mean if there 3 people when you arrive, you gonna wait 45 minutes.2. If you have insurance that cover PCP, but doesn't cover urgent services, or if you have deductible for such services (as I do), be very careful. This is not Primary Care Physician!!! No matter what is said by the stuff. I ended up with 2 bills to pay on my own just because I was not aware of that difference and I was told by the lady on the reception, that they gonna claim insurance company as a PCP.Moreover, when I tried to talk to them, they refused everything, while saying something like oh, those patients, it is a second claim today for us not being PCP... no comments!

I agree with Cannon Huntington about Dr Jennifer Roth. I came in during the onset of my cold. I have a collapsed lung due to undiagnosed asthma. My asthma is now being taken care of. The treatment of my lung collapsed led to Pleural Effusions in my chest cavity. I followed her instructions of just taking Ibuprofen 3x a day. It will make you feel better in days, she said. Granted the aches and pains went away, but my stuffy nose, turned into running nose. My burning eyes led to puffy eyes and waking up to eye wax from watery eyes in the morning. My non existent cough turned into coughing from phlegm in my throat and chest. Not going better. I love the other doctors, but one bad doctor is enough to make me not return. Her advice was if it gets worse come back. Youre a walkin clinic! Youre suppose to take care of my current symptoms and not let it get worse. Im not coming back to pay you another $20 copay for over the counter Ibuprofen advice. If it gets worse, Im going to an ER, where even if I pay more I have a higher chance of getting better. This wasnt the first bad advice either. One doctor had called me in for a follow up after I had suffered from Pneumonia in a previous year so they can get the Xrays. I came back and Dr Roth said, no, we dont need to do one, and sent me home. Granted I didnt pay anything for a follow up, but youre still wasting my gas to come back for a follow up for Xrays and then cancel when I arrive. Great Customer Service Staff at the front Desk, and all the other doctors are sharp, but unfortunately, I cant give higher than one star because shes on your team and as a professional mechanical engineer whose job is about public safety, I firmly believe youre only as good as your weakest member. Lastly, I did report anyone making false allegations about one star reviews being fake aka A Google User. Discrediting others reviews to heighten yours is not what these review sites were set up for. Its meant for sharing personal experience, not for libel/slander.

Went in for a sinus infection. Told PA I typically requite prednisone to clear it up. She wouldn't give it to me. Told me to call after 48hrs on antibiotics and if I didn't feel better she would call it in for me. After 3 days with no change, I call back and all of a sudden they don't just call in prednisone and now I have to go back, mind you I was left on hold for 10 minutes then hung up on. Thank you for the contradictory communication. I will not be paying you another visit.

Flu symptoms sent me to the Urgent Care Center. The front desk staff was professional and curteous. The registration process was simple and the wait to see the physician was short. The doctor was engaging, knowlegable and conncerned. I would reccomend the NY Urgent Care Center to others and I will return for Medical evaluation and treatment as needed. This review is coming from a Nurse who knows!
