Chloe & Ladonna was very nice and sweet. They were also very helpful and caring in my dot and physical process ensuring I was comfortable throughout entire process. We are grateful for the Prime membership the clinic offers. We've been able to be seen faster than waiting on our PCP and have saved so much on copays. The front desk, MA's and providers know us since we have three kiddos.nDaycare and elementary cooties are notorious to us.nMs. LaDonna is our favorite, I've visited with her throughout two of my pregnancies and now she gets to treat them as we are frequent fliers at this location. Ms. Caress is also a familiar face to us. We appreciate the easy check-in, short wait if there's any and the great medical care we receive here.

Top notch service from start to finish!nnI was fortunate to visit next level urgent care on a Sunday morning. Although our insurance wasnu2019t accepted right away, they would call the next business day and make sure itu2019s verified. (Was listed on our plan as covered.) thank you staff for doing the heavy lifting on this one!!nnI made my reservation online, and uploaded all my documents as asked. Once I got to the office, everything went smoothly and all staff were top-tier.nnIf youu2019re not comfortable with technology, and it is your first time attending this clinic, make sure to allow for some additional time to upload your documents. Would definitely go here again when needed!!

This used to be my go to urgent care when suffering from an illness when I couldn't receive a regular doctor appointment soon for relief. I went in on a Wednesday for ear pain that was unbearable. I was told they did not find anything wrong with my ear. I suffered with immense pain and no sleep due to the pain. When seeing the ENT doctor 2 days later they stated I clearly had an infection and my ear canal was so inflamed it was closed shut. The ENT doctor had to put in a sponge material in my ear canal to open it so the medicine could reach the ear drum. The ENT office could not believe urgent care didn't at least give me anti inflammatory medicine because my ear was so swollen and inflamed. Will not be returning to this urgent care.
