I had an extremely disappointing experience with the front desk staff, specifically Jonathan, about 20 minutes before closing. Despite calling ahead to confirm my arrival time was acceptable, and being assured by a polite young lady that arriving before 9 PM would be fine, Jonathan acted as though it was a major issue. His reaction was so over-the-top, youu2019d think I had committed some terrible crime. The level of disdain he showed was not only unprofessional but also incredibly disheartening, especially when youu2019re already feeling unwell.nnUnfortunately, his behavior didnu2019t stop with me. Another woman walked in about 10 minutes after I arrived, and Jonathan audibly muttered an expletive under his breath when he saw her. It was completely inappropriate and unprofessional. Thankfully, she was only there to retrieve a wallet she had left earlier, so Jonathan didnu2019t have to assist her furtheru2014something that seemed to be a burden for him.nnOn a positive note, the doctor and her assistant were kind and professional, which I truly appreciated. If I had encountered another staff member like Jonathan, I would have left without receiving care, despite being sick. I understand that working at the end of a shift can be tiring, but thatu2019s no excuse for treating people with disrespect. If youu2019re unable to maintain professionalism, it might be time to reconsider your role.nnFor anyone seeking care, Iu2019d recommend going to Rice ER instead, where the staffu2014front desk includedu2014know how to treat people with respect and kindness.

Went here today for the first time today as my husband injured his leg. Excellent experience- everyone was super nice & caring. My husband was saying on our way home how nice the doctor was & that she was very caring. I would highly recommend Next Level Urgent Care & to become a Next Level Prime member!

They were all awesome. I am sorry I donu2019t remember the names. But provider, front desk and super sweet medical assistant staff on shift May 2nd 2025, never been so happy with an urgent care before. And the facility is also super clean and nice.nnMy prescription was sent within seconds from me stepping out of the door. And coming from someone that used to work for an urgent care before, I know that is a difficult thing to happenu2026.nnGood job for all the team.

My husband and I have been going to the Next Level for a number of years. We are always impressed with their staff. They are very polite, compassionate, respectful and listen to your concerns regarding your heath. Hitomi, one of the PAs, recognizes us each time we see her, and recalls the last time we saw her. She is very knowledgeable, professional and has a wonderful bedside manner!. She listens to you and makes decisions for your treatment based on what is best for you. Definitely deserves 5 Stars!
