Ali and Roxanne were amazing. I didnu2019t catch the front desk girlu2019s name but the three of them were working so well together. I am a prime member and have frequented this location several times. I am always blown away by how well I get treated. This last appointment they were very busy. I was notified that my appointment would be a bit delayed, which I truly appreciate. Roxanne did an amazing job drawing my blood and giving me my vaccine. No bruising or trouble at all. She is super gentle and easy to communicate with. Ali did my Pap smear and breast exam. He was so kind and knowledgeable. He asked me if I was okay and comfortable each step of the way. I wouldnu2019t think twice about coming to this location. Great staff and teamwork on a busy Saturday morning!

I had an excellent service from provider, Tamika Steele, on Tuesday, 5/27/25. She is very knowledgeable. She provided an outstanding care regarding my illness. She also followed up next day to make sure I was okay. I greatly appreciate her. I recommend her and Next Level Urgent Care to anyone.

Disorganized booking and inflexible attitude. Booked through Google Zocdoc but had to enter the info again upon arrival as they couldnu2019t find appointment. Nurse practitioner was nice, but Iu2019m still not feeling notable improvement after 2 days of the meds they prescribed and so asked about the free optional steroid shot. That offer expired Saturday evening and when I called Sunday morning asking if I could still have it as my condition did not improve they were inflexible.

UPDATE: Second time I went to this Next Level. I was having symptoms of strep throat (daughter and her family all have it) so instead of waiting hours or even days to see the family doctor I made an appointment with Next Level for Friday, April 18 at 9:45am. I arrived a lot earlier, but they were still able to get me in early. After an excellent assessment the medical personnel determined I had strep. She called in my prescription and before I left the parking lot CVS sent me a text saying they received the request. The prescription was ready well before I arrived to CVS. I can't say enough good things about this Next Level. It was so much easier than going to my family doctor. I was in and out of Next Level in about 30 minutes. I suggest for everyone to fill out the forms BEFORE arriving at Next Level. It just makes things go a little quicker.nnWent to this urgent care for a persistent cough. I was checked in by some nice staff members. On time, they took me to the exam room where the tech took my vitals and gave me a covid and flu test. All normal. The PA (Brandy) came in soon after after and did a thorough assessment. She was very caring and listened to my complaints. She determined my illness and called in some meds. It didn't take long for the meds to kick in making me feel so much better.nnEveryone at this Next Level were great. I could have made an appointment with my regular doctor, but new Next Level would see me sooner. My wife came here two weeks before for the same issues and she too received excellent care. We'll return if we need urgent care.
