The staff is excellent. The doctors are excellent! I have been impressed with the 3 times Iu2019ve been in this month. All 3 doctors I saw, Iu2019d give 5 stars to for (1) bedside manner, (2) brilliance in diagnosis and (3) being very mindful that I was paying out of pocket, advising me on which tests & treatments were more important/timely than others.nIu2019m grateful to have this urgent care in my familyu2019s life!

I took my mom in who just moved here. The staff and Doctors took great care of her! I was actually impressed that they had X-rays on site as well. I had to take mom back a second time and we were both equally impressed again! Itu2019s like she wanted to go because she felt so much comfort in their care. Left us both with peace of mind.

Iu2019ve been here 3 times now. All three times were good in that the staff was very helpful. However, I went a few days ago for a sinus infection that was not improving, the nurse was very helpful but the doctor was not. He was very dismissive and didnu2019t seem to care at all about my issue. He basically said u201citu2019s just some virus so rest and youu2019ll be fine in a few days.u201d Less than two days later, I woke up in extreme pain and went back to the facility where this time I had the same doctor I had the first time I had gone two months ago. She was very helpful and listened. She checked my ears and they are both infected with both of the ear drums being ruptured. This pain couldu2019ve been avoided had the male doctor I had first seen even tried to seem like he cared. Any time I go back I will be requesting for Dr. Madison Ramirez as she has been helpful both times Iu2019ve had her and does care about her patients and what sheu2019s doing.

I was visiting for the weekend from Los Angeles to celebrate my niece's birthday and found myself needing to run to urgent care. 8-2-8 was recommended by my cousin's wife who uses 8-2-8 for herself and her daughter. She called beforehand and was told that there was a 1 1/2 hour wait time, but I could go ahead and register online. I registered online which was very easy to do.nnWhen I got to the office, the front desk was quick to sign me in. I was in a patient room within 5 minutes. Suzie who took my vitals and initial information was very courteous and very thorough.nnPA Maria Caparas was so nice, very thorough and knowledgeable. She went through my recount of what happened, went through my symptoms and explained her diagnosis to me. She was extra cautious with her recommended treatment knowing that I was diabetic which reflects a high quality of care.nnNurse Merilee was awesome! She drew my blood for some tests, and she was extra nice. She made me feel very comfortable.nnA couple of days after, I received a call from 8-2-8 following up on how I was doing.nnThis by far has been my best experience with an urgent care center. All the staff from front to back are professional, courteous, knowledgeable and most important...caring. I was feeling better even before I started the antibiotics and pain meds that I needed.nnKudos! Keep up the good work! (Any plans of opening up in the LA area?)
