Decent as far as urgent care goes. They've been able to fit my family in pretty quickly when we needed itnHowever, definitely would NOT recommend as your primary care provider. We tried that this year and it has been a total mess.

Genuinely feel like the people at the front desk do not want to work with me to get an appointment. She was really rude and not helpful. Couldnu2019t get an early appointment for just bloodwork for over a month from now.

Thus is one of the best clinics I have ever been to. I woke up with left flank pain and feeling terrible and threw up three times. I called them to schedule an appointment. They immediately accommodated me. Tonya Smith and Emily helped me so much to relieve my pain. They immediately suspected kidney stones. They set up an appointment immediately to get a CT scan within an hour. After the CT results came in they setup an immediate appointment with the urologist within two hours on the same day. The entire process was smooth and painless. They even called me the very next day to see how I was feeling and any updates from the urologist. I have not seen such a caring, supportive and professional facility and staff. They will do anything to make you feel comfortable and make sure your medical needs are met. That is my go to place for me and familyu2019s medical needs.

Please be cautious. Find another place for care. They gave my 13 year old shots that were for a 17-18 year old. Back to more shots that are required by the state. Thanks for wasted time and shooting up my kid with vaccines that weren't necessary. Your doctors aren't even capable of reading a letter from the state with the required vaccines.

Extremely hard to get ahold of someone on the phone. I've called several times and left messages, sometimes I'll get a call back in a few days and other times I either get nothing or someone finally picks up the phone and hangs up on me.nIt took a few weeks to get my blood test results back from my annual visit, and I am still attempting to figure out the charge I got a text about. Very disappointed in this last visit overall and how difficult the communication has been.
