If I could give this place a ZERO I would !! If you are black or have black child/ren DO NOT bring them to Doctor ABIGAIL LEY!!! She is ONLY FOR her own race, my son needed an emergency supply of seizure medication and she literally ignored me for WEEKS!!! I will be reporting her to the Florida Board, not only herself but her WHOLE staff is unprofessional and incompetent.

I called one month prior to my appointment to asked for the time and address. I was given the palm beach gardenu2019s address. I arrive 15 minutes prior to my appointment to learn it is at the Palm City location. Both locations acted as if it was my fault for receiving the wrong information. Like I should know the doctoru2019s schedule. If the person I spoke with on the phone had taken the time to look I wouldnu2019t have wasted 2 hours driving with a very upset toddler I might add. If someone had just said sorry for the miscommunication this review wouldnu2019t be posted.

Iu2019ve seen several doctors and a number of therapists trying to get answers for my autistic son. I canu2019t express how difficult it is searching for help with little to no information or background on what you are experiencing, and not much help from your childu2019s primary care doctor but today, I got the help that Iu2019ve been in search of for the last 3+ years in less than an hour. Mrs. Abigail Ley, you are heaven sent. Thank you so much for your help ; Not only did you understand us, but you helped me to understand my son better. I highly recommend this location and itu2019s wonderful staff.

DECEPTIVE BILLING!!! Stay away there are plenty of honest clinics in town.nThey will charge you $225 for the visit and then for any medication on the spot which is actually high for a typical office visit but it is ok. Most Urgent Care Clinics are around $150. They will wait 6 month to 2 years and continue to send more charges. They will send you a bill showing the office visit was $400 which is now almost 3X normal cost. I have attached a picture of the bill that came 1.5 years later. The other one was over 6 months. They expect you will forget that you already paid and tell you they do not collect any money during the visit. The Dr was great and I hope now works for an honest clinic. As a community we do not need businesses like this. Please spread the word, even on Google they have a lot of 1's. My guess is the 5's have not realized they were lied to yet.
