This practice has great doctors I have been bringing my daughter here for 8 years . However , after being bought by the Nicklaus is super difficult to callnOver the phone to make an appointment , almost impossible to talk to the from desk. Not sure what happened with the front line of attendance for this clinic , but their customer service has really deteriorated . Not able to contact them before and appointment to confirm if my new insurance is really accepted . As per the hospital website it is , however on Monday my daughters were not seen because from desk couldnu2019t confirm the insurance. And a make an appointment for 5 days later and I get to the lobby and then is they are going to call the insurance company.nVery disappointed not only the hours of wait wasted but sicks kids not being able to be seen by their Dr of 8 years

The doctors here are great their expertise is next level. They truly care about the kids and they take their job very seriously versus other offices where the doctors just tell you anything to get you out of their faces. The front desk staff need a bit more organizing and better attitudes at times but I guess u canu2019t have everything.

Dr. Franco is the best pulmonologist in the whole Miami, FL. Her wisdom and knowledge are uncomparable to any other Doctor. She has been my sons Doctor since baby and she always gives the best care and advice.
