I brought my 6-week-old daughter in for congestion and a rash. Although the wait was a bit long, it was well worth it. The staff was incredibly kind, gentle with my baby, and took the time to show me exactly what to do at home to help her heal. They even made sure I got to the car safely with her, which meant so much to me as a mom. The facility was clean, the staff was highly professional, and they were extremely accommodating. I would absolutely recommend this place to any parent needing care for their little one.

Doctor was nice very informative, patient. This is just a great place to go in case of an emergency. My baby has autism and the nurse that checked his weight was so kind with him. Making the appointment online made the visit so much faster was in and out and issue was diagnosed and meds prescribed.

This is definitely my go to when my kids are sick. The same day appointments are great and does not take long to schedule online. There quick super professional and the nurses are the sweetest. The nurse we had today Chasity was a delight and made our experience super quick and was on top of everything so our visit was not long at all. And as far as the doctor goes she is so professional super sweet and you can tell she definitely loves her job and know what sheu2019s doing Ashley roh you are a blessing to me and my family. My kids love how they can talk to you and have there questions answered also if they have concerns. I recommend this place to anyone who needs a place to go for there kids

I went here yesterday for my daughter. I live in New Caney now so itu2019s a lot closer to me than the woodlands but I will always make the drive to the woodlands instead of this location. Walking in, the lady at the front desk was super nice about me having to fill out all the paperwork. I felt very welcomed. The location is very nice as well. We went back and the nurse that we had was friendly as well. I told them I gave my daughter ibuprofen at 6am and by 7am her temp didnu2019t go down so I gave her Tylenol an hour later. Mind you, her temp was over 101 for an hour after taking ibuprofen. The doctor comes in and lectures me and says that I over dosed my child because Tylenol and ibuprofen are the same thing and she shouldnu2019t have taken any medication because her temp wasnu2019t 105.0. I told her that in the past, my daughters pediatrician has said I was able to alternate the medication and she told me that her pediatrician(who has over 30 years of pediatric practice) was wrong and Iu2019m not able to do so. The only time I should give medication to my child is if her fever reaches 105. She prescribed her ibuprofen and when talking to the pharmacist, he told me that they do the same things but are NOT the same medication and can be alternated and I DID NOT overdose my child.nIf youu2019re able to make the drive, I would highly recommend the location in The Woodlands.

I was able to schedule an appointment same day. Only a few hours from opening time. Quick and easy check in and a short wait time. Everyone was very friendly from start to end. Physicians bedside manner was great. He listened to each of my issues and didnu2019t discount anything I had to say. He then addressed each issue and took the time to explain what I needed to know. Highly recommend this clinic!
