Without a doubt, this was the best urgent care experience we've had in quite some time. While the wait was longer than expected, the service we received more than made up for it. Every care provider we encountered was excellent. The Nurse Practitioner took the time to truly understand my son's needs, identify issues that I wasn't aware of and truly provide a level care that mirrored his pediatrician. Thank you for taking such good care of my baby.

An amazing pediatric urgent care. So glad this place is open. We made it just in time before they closed and the staff was so kind and helpful even though they had to work late to get through the rest of the patients. The NP, Kelly, was fantastic. She was very responsive and came up with an immediate plan to get my baby feeling better.

Our experience was disappointing unfortunately. The operations and front desk support need some major work. Weu2019ve been going to this location for about a decade (since it was nightlight pediatric). I donu2019t expect a ton out of an urgent care, just address the urgent need, but at our most recent visit (the first since it became Urgent Care for Kids), the urgent need was not addressed.nnIu2019ll start with the positive things. 1.) the doctor and RN were phenomenal. The stars earned are 100% from them. 10/10 experience. They were knowledge, kind, great bedside manner with kids and all and all lovely to work with.n2.) the location got a facelift with the ownership change and while itu2019s a little dull and boring, the office has a more cohesive look and feel.nnNegatives:n1.) My daughter went in with a possible fractured foot, so not a small thing. We took X-rays and were told a radiologist would be contacting us with the diagnosis. I never received a call so about 8 hours later, I contacted them. The receptionist gave me the results saying there was no fracture, but was not able to answer any of my other questions such as u201cwhat is the giant bump on the side her foot?u201d u201cWhy do her toe bones crisscross in the X-ray - is that normal or from swelling?u201d and most importantly, u201cwhat treatment plan should we follow?u201d.nn2.) the receptionist said I could request the X-ray results in the future. I said Iu2019d like them now if possible and she seemed a little irked. Maybe she was tired. But itu2019s the next day and I still havenu2019t received them so Iu2019m going to have to contact them again, which, as a busy working mom of three kids, is a REAL pain.nnTLDR: the doctors and RNu2019s are great, but the company operations and front desk support are poor. I will look for other urgent care places before choosing to return here.

Highly recommend this urgent care center! I have never had great customer service and a short amount of waiting time at any other urgent care until this one!!! I love the pediatrician and I loved the front desk lady! Definitely give this mom a peace of mind.ud83dude4fud83cudffd I suggest making a reservation before just walking in because they take reservations as priority!

Got there right before they closed. They were busy but worked hard to see everyone and keep us comfortable. Good diagnoses of our 8 month old and care plan. Everyone was so kind especially for being so late on a Saturday.
