So incredibly thankful for NiteOwl Pediatrics!nnMy 14 month old twins had to go for a sick visit today. We checked in easily online, and did all the paperwork on the way to the office. There was no wait at our visit. The staff was friendly and understanding. They are a hidden gem!

i took my 2 month old here she had a cough, congestion, and sneezing. The doctor told me it was acid reflux and there was no reason to test for rsv. As a first time mom and someone with no professional medical knowledge or background i trusted her expertise and went on my way. My daughter's symptoms got worse and i took her somewhere else to get checked out 3 days later and turns out she did have rsv. I didnu2019t know before but seeing as i was educated and told that congestion and coughing are part of the main symptoms of rsv the doctor at this establishment shouldu2019ve tested her and saw that there was every reason to test her. thatu2019s 3 days i couldu2019ve been treating her rsv wasted bc i was lead to believe it was simply acid reflux. This establishment either doesnu2019t know how to treat infants or they like getting their patients in and out quick so they give a half assed diagnoses and send people on their way.

I recently had the privilege of experiencing the exceptional care provided by the after-hours pediatric urgent care for my autistic child, and I cannot speak highly enough of the experience. From the moment we walked in, the staff demonstrated a level of kindness and genuine concern that immediately put us at ease.nnOne of the most remarkable aspects of our visit was the staff's ability to engage with my child in a way that made him feel comfortable and supported. Instead of feeling anxious or overwhelmed, he was genuinely happy to interact with the practitioners, who greeted him with delighted faces and took the time to understand his unique needs.nnThroughout the examination and treatment process, the staff showed incredible patience and empathy, never rushing or dismissing my child's concerns. They took the time to explain each step of the process in a way that he could understand, which helped to alleviate any anxiety he may have had.nnOverall, our experience at the after-hours pediatric urgent care was nothing short of exceptional. The staff's dedication to providing compassionate care to children is truly commendable, and I would highly recommend this facility to any parent in need of urgent medical care for their child.
