I have gone here multiple times with my daughter and recently for myself. The service has been outstanding! Front desk ladies are super friendly, efficient and caring towards your needs. We had a PA for 2 of my daughters visits and both of them were wonderful and this past visit we were both seen by a doctor. He was sweet, explanatory and really showed he cared. They treat you incredibly fast, they were thorough with their exams and medications were called into pharmacy before we even left the office. There is never a wait time and we've gotten better care here than at our last primary doctors office. My daughter even had a little issue stomaching her medicine and I called there to explain and they immediately called in a replacement to my pharmacy! I have and will continue to recommend this urgent care to everyone. Thanks to everyone there for your outstanding 5 star service!!

I had an outstanding experience at NJ Doctors Urgent Care in Pompton Plains, NJ, when I brought my father in on February 4th due to a work-related injury. From the moment we walked in, we were met with kindness, professionalism, and an incredibly efficient process.nnThe front desk staff was welcoming and very sweet, making the check-in process smooth and stress-free. They handled everything with care and made sure my father was comfortable while we waited. One of the most impressive aspects of this urgent care facility was the minimal wait time. In most places, you expect to wait quite a while before seeing a doctor, but here, we were seen almost immediately. The process of getting an X-ray was also unbelievably fast, which was a huge relief given the circumstances of my father's injury.nnThe doctors and medical staff were phenomenal. The doctor who treated my father was extremely thorough and attentive, making sure he fully understood the injury and the best course of treatment. He took his time to examine my father carefully, explained everything in detail, and answered every question with patience and clarity. It was evident that the doctor genuinely cared about his patients and wanted to ensure the best possible recovery.nnWhat really stood out was how compassionate and reassuring the entire staff was throughout the visit. The one positiveu2026. Super fast. I was being seen by a doctor wishing less than 10 minutes. Went in bc Iu2019ve had bronchitis that I am on meds for. Still wheezing and not right so wanted to make sure it hadnu2019t turned to pneumonia. She came in. Listened and said I should good. Doesnu2019t think itu2019s pneumonia so no X-ray done. Said she would call an expectorant syrup into the pharmacy. I specifically askedu2026 there is no suppressant in there right? She said nou2026. Just the expectorant. Want to get that mucus out. Went to pick it upu2026.. it was a combo of antihistamine, decongestant, and cough suppressant. No expectorant at all. Useless.

Came in for a bad cough while pregnant. Provider came in and confidently said she wouldn't prescribe anything BEFORE even evaluating me because I was pregnant. She did not listen to my lungs and I ended up severely ill with walking pneumonia for 3 plus weeks. I ended up at primary care 2 weeks later (which has a lower copay with my insurance) and got the antibiotics and inhaler I needed to get better. DO NOT WASTE your time or money at this place.

.Do NOT go here..particulatly for any kind of injection as doctor does not give them nor does he oversee an incompetent nurse giving injections..came here several months ago in severe pain from previous injury.. the nurse gave me a torridol injection directly into my sciatic nerve causing me extreme pain, a subsequent ER Admission at a local hospital and in pain management since with daily chronic sciatica pain since . My life has been a living nightmare ever since this incompetent nurse gave me this injection.. Be AWARE
