I had an exceptional experience at NJ Doctor Urgent Care. Each member of the teamu2014from the front desk personnel to the nurse and the physicianu2014exhibited kindness, patience, and friendliness, all while ensuring a professional environment. I was attended to promptly, and the care I received was genuinely remarkable. The facilities were impeccably maintained and surpassed my expectations. I would like to extend my gratitude to Dr. Wiley for her exemplary care; she took the time to listen to both my child and me, ensuring that we felt comprehensively attended to. My family and I have been going to this office since I moved to NJ which would be for some years now. Iu2019m not sure if management changed but the office staff isnu2019t professional and the MA didnu2019t properly take swabs from my son and stated it doesnu2019t matter because the Dr will prescribe medication to him since weu2019re exposed to the infection/ viruses .Once I spoke to the NP or PA about reviewing the swab not being properly done she confirmed Swab shouldu2019ve been taken from the throat not from the cheek then apologize but she didnu2019t repeat the rapid. My other sons has flu A and strep so I figure my youngest would have the same or at lease one dx. I wish to say that was all but I got my results from the lab via text with wrong dates. It wasnu2019t even 12 hrs for the cultures being taken and everything came back negative with dates collected two days ago. My appointment was less then 24 hours. Itu2019s terrible the lack of patient centric health care this place has demonstrated. Families be beware.

This place is horrible. This is the second time I have the same issue there. The first time I thought maybe it was a mistake on the doctoru2019s part, I was extremely sick with the flu and the doctor did not subscribe antibiotics until 2 days later when I called upset. Yesterday the doctor prescribed cough medicine to my daughter when clearly she has the flu. He says she tested negative for the flu but a quick google search will tell you the test will test negative if tested early. She explained to him yesterday was the first day. She has ALL the symptoms to the flu. Charged the insurance and $70 co-pay. Almost the whole family has the flu and we knew to tell her to go to the doctor because she has the same symptoms. Today I call the office very upset because I know this office has done this to me before- (sent me home sick with nothing to help me get better). The lady that answered said to have her come back to see the doctor for another visit so they could charge the insurance AGAIN for something every doctor can diagnose very easily the first visit! Many die from the flu everyday. This carelessness or looking to make more money on another visit, could cause someone their life. If your sick save yourself and find a different urgent care.

Amazing staff. But I must mention that Dr Bage was absolutely phenomenal extraordinary intelligent. He was /is very professional, he answered every question with patience. He has a calming demeanor about him which was able to calm me down. Dr. Bage, donu2019t leave this office. Thank you so much for your service.

Waited longer to be seen then I was actually examined, Dr and staff were literally talking about hours and how they donu2019t like working weekends along with 4 hour shifts blah blah blah while I was waiting to be seen. I guess there was no rush because I was the only patient waiting. My time is valuable
