My husband and I have been patients of Dr. Nancy Goodwin for six years and without exception we have received steadfastly exemplary care from Dr. Goodwin and her excellent staff, most especially the amazing, multi-talented and huge-hearted Rossy, who is truly u2018of the saints.u201dDr. Goodwin has provided us with the most thoroughgoing and thoughtful management of our every health need. The responsiveness which Dr. Goodwin and her staff has been-without a single exception- far above our highest expectations.My husband has unfortunately developed an intractable lung condition which has required much time and effort on the part of Dr. Goodwin and her staff. We cannot imagine how we could have navigated this very difficult time without the invaluable assistance of Dr. Goodwin and staff. They have been with us every step of the most challenging life journey we are taking.Most importantly, Dr. Goodwin and her staff have made us feel like family and express their deep and profound caring always. How did I miss this hidden gem after all these years here? Dr. Goodwin is very kind and gentle, Desiree and Rosie are amazing as well. I had a facial with Desiree and that girl is a walking book of esthetic knowledge. The facility is very calming and clean and neither Dr. Goodwin or her staff tried to talk me into anything. Absolutely, my go-to place!

If you are looking for a concierge doctor you don't need to look any further. Dr. Goodwin and her staff are great. When you are in the examination room Dr. Goodwin sits in a chair directly across from you. She looks you in the eye and says tell me what is going on. She listens and converses with you. Either Dr. Goodwin or one of her staff follow up after your visit and ask how you are doing. Not many doctors do that anymore. Most look at the computer screen when they talk to you and don't talk to you until your next visit. If you call her she will call you back.If you were to ask me any question about her practice I would answer it with an extremely favorable answer. One of the most often questions I am asked is how long do you have to wait in the waiting room to get in. It is usually about 1 to 3 minutes.
