Set my appointment, came in and was told my insurance was ineligible. I was going to call to verify since I know it is eligible! The MA Gino went above && beyond to verify my coverage! Roomed me, made sure everything was correct! Awesome patient care && bedside manner! The PA I saw was amazing! She without doubt didnu2019t question and went above && beyond!nI will return in the future if needed!

We got checked in really quickly and desk staff along with the gentleman that took us back were very friendly. Dr. Jyoti was nice enough but we waited for my daughters exam for almost an hour and when the doctor came in it took like 5 minutes. We were the only patients there when we arrived and were not on a waiting list so I don't understand why the long wait for a 5 minute exam. I won't be back to this location and don't recommend.

I wasnu2019t feeling too well and needed seen right away, ER wait times were horrible and my own doctor couldnu2019t see me same day. Booking here was easy, a few questions and upload insurance and boom! Done! Wait times were shorter than most places but overall great staff and place was clean and quiet. They even offer X-rays which I knew I would need. Great job everyone! Thanks for making me better!

My regular urgent care was so full they were booking into the next day. Iu2019d been vomiting and had a fever for 3 days. Iu2019m very familiar with the save a spot in line type system, everywhere has them. So I searched and found this urgent care and quickly picked a spot in line. I did everything asked of me and took pictures of my insurance card and filled out all my information. I got a text response confirming the time I picked and gave me more instructions. I arrive and alert staff I was there for my appointment. I was told that if theyu2019re too busy the save a spot doesnu2019t even matter! Isnu2019t that the whole point?? Every other urgent care honors their appointments. I checked the website very closely and at the end of one of the pages in small print, there was the statement about the clinic being busy so that apparently negates the entire appointment system. This information needs to be in giant bold letters where people are filling out the appointment questions. I drove 45 minutes to get here and who knows what actual save a spot urgent cares Iu2019ve missed? What a waste of time! Extremely disappointed. Never again.

I was having headaches & coughing for over a week. They said I was wheezing but didn't do a breathing treatment & i had acute cough . They gave a a shot of toridal & wrote a script for my cough & headache. They did not take my temp or my BP.
