Highly highly disappointed. Lack of maintenance staff, no pest control. New management is pathetic, you keep calling for issues/pest control they donu2019t pay any heed. Garden is always overgrown leading to insects and bugs in the apartments. Have spoken to other residents also and they have similar issues too. Would never suggest or recommend to anyone. Disgusted.

Lived here for 2 years. No bugs, no noise. Anything that needed to be fixed was handled. I never had to chase down any of the maintainence men, the maintenance men are great guys, extremely reliable. The ladies in the office are amazing as well, never had a problem (Monique, Danielle, and Carla) they will take care of you, especially Danielle!

We have now been in our apartment an entire month since 11/7/23 and today is 12/9/23. There was a move in checklist that was provided we the rentor fill out without a move in walk through. Maintenance just came by this week to fix the issues. There is a major clog in one of the bathrooms that we are unable to use the sink at all, maintenance said they would be back and has yet. Monique the manager just called to follow up on the move in issues and it has been over 2 weeks. The fluff and circumstances that has been happening since our move in has been way less than desirable.

I had a great experience with Poplar Glen apartments. Candice was of great help during my visit. She was able to answer all of my questions and guide me through the process with great ease. Apartments were nice and clean. My family and I were more than satisfied with the services provided. I look forward to living is such a great community.

I have lived here for 4 1/2 years and I still look forward to coming home everyday. The neighborhood is in a great location for families, close to shopping & entertainment, and all your medical needs are within walking distance. No community is perfect and I really could do without the incessant barking dogs, strolling pot smokers, and landscapers who enjoy blowing grass, leaves, etc. on every parked car. But otherwise, Poplar Glen is a cool place to be for now. Also, maintenance and management do a great job for us. Please keep it up...
