This clinic may not be appealing outside but the care and concern they offer you is very good. They sent my daughter for ultrasound and mri to rule out any concerns her doctor had. Thank goodness everything came out good. Not even her pediatrician takes this much concern. Thank you staff!!!

Went on a Saturday morning. I knew I had sinusitis. I was seen by a Nurse Practitioner-nExcellent in her diagnosis and prescribed treatment. I can honestly say, the same day I started feeling better. My recovery was speedy. I have found that Nurse Practitioners are more thorough in their practice, because of their accountability. Thank you to those at Urgent Care - Normandy St.

First time; took my son(8)they did strep and pcr test. His doctor was so nice and attentive with him and made him feel so comfortable that he was able to tell her what he had going on and let me tell you heu2019s a shy kid.

If I could leave 0 stars, I would. This is the worst urgent care center Iu2019ve been to. First off, the doctor is rude and seems to be in a rush with you. Secondly, she must not know what the heck sheu2019s doing because a week after finishing the meds prescribed, here I am with the same symptoms! Please donu2019t put your health at risk by going to this place. Sounds like a lawsuit coming their way for any misdiagnosis

First off, the little medical assistant or receptionist was intentionally rude. Secondly, I had to wait an hour to be seen since they were in lunch. Although that wasnu2019t the problem, itu2019s the fact that my son has a respiratory infection and they didnu2019t send the medication to the pharmacy WHICH I WORK AT! Never saw it go through electronically nor fax. I called twice to verify and nothing was being sent. I called a final time and they forward my call to voicemail. This whole clinic is extremely unprofessional. Took me 5 phone calls to be able to fax my sons prescription over.
