I am concerned about this office and their professionalism. I starting seeing a NP Holly W. through the office and she ordered me a genetic test to see how my medication I was already taking was effecting me. She also recommended me taking a new medication, after me telling her I was unsure because I was breastfeeding but I told her I would think about it if she prescribed it. Come my next appointment I had decided as an ADULT woman that I didnu2019t feel comfortable taking anymore medicine but was ready to hear her discuss my genetic testing results with me. When I joined the tele-health I went ahead and told her I wasnu2019t taking the medication she prescribed and would keep taking the medication I have been on for about a year. She immediately changed her mood and acted completely hostile toward me. I told her I could definitely try the therapy with working on coping skills and see how that works until Iu2019m done breastfeeding. She immediately said u201cok well let me know when youu2019re done breastfeeding.u201d In a very rude way. Then ended the call. Now these calls are supposed to last around 45 mins. This one was over within 5 mins and she did NOT go over my genetic test like she was supposed to. I called the front desk about the situation and they were rude to me. Please if you are looking for mental health help consider going somewhere else. Iu2019m concerned they think they can treat you this way cause youu2019re the one with mental health issues. Please be careful everyone donu2019t go here.

I see Holly Woosley for pysch and she's absolutely amazing! In such a short time she was able to help me get on the right track and continues to make sure I'm where I need to be! I'd definitely rate her & NCMG a 10 out of 10 :)

Holly woosley advertised on Facebook that she was accepting new patients, I figured I'd go see her since I was struggling at the time. I brought my kids with me and had to fill out a lot of paperwork, I was taken back and she asked me what I was there for and asked me a bunch of questions. After that she diagnosed me with ADHD and put me on vraylar which is an antipsychotic, I told her I wasn't sure about taking it and she ended up telling me she can't see me unless I'm taking meds. I'm glad I was dropped as a patient, forcing people to take an antipsychotic medication and sending them on their way is ridiculous and from the reviews it seems like I'm not the only one this happened to, do better

Did not enjoy my experience here at all. Finally decided to seek behavior health. This place is the most unorganized place ever. First visit I was taken back to a room, thinking I was meeting her. It was a computer which was intimidating. I was extremely nervous. Also when I came in for Adhd she said I should try this new med called VRAYLAR for major depression. When I got home and researched it I decided to not take it due to horrible side effects and it was a new drug on the market. At my next virtual meeting she seemed mad at me. She said are you questioning my diagnosis. I stated I just wanted to try one adhd medication. I have zero idea why she would think I had major depressionon the paperwork I marked 0 on most of sad/depression stuff. Only thing that was high was my Adhd score and had some anxiety. After the first appointment the The Medical Assistant would not explain anything. Took me to a room and said yes do the genetic test your insurance will pay. I did and got a 300 plus dollar bill from Genesight. After that I could never reach them when I needed. The Medical Assistant couldn't understand me or what I needed. I've never once met Holly in person after 5 months. worse part was the billing I tried to get online or have a statement sent to me. I had to call multiple places to say hey my insurance said you submitted and I owe can I please pay. They have no idea what they are doing. They stressed me out so much for the lack of communication and billing. I also have difficult insurance and Holly wasn't willing to try any other medication or fight them. She wanted me to only try a very few types of medicine that she only agrees with. She thought it was okay for me to pay over 100 a month for an adhd med out of pocket, if she would prescribe any of the 5 tricare paid for it would have only been 10. For all the reasons listed above I wouldnt recommend them to anyone I know and I'd never be back. After my last apt I was harassed with phone calls and text and emails when I tried to cancel my appointment I sent multiple emails and voicemails. They kept saying you will be charged if you dont cancel when id did via email, text and voicemail 5 plus times.

I had a confusing experience with regards to a seizure and needing a new psychiatrist. At first, Holly Woosley said she couldn't diagnose me or anything since I was in a post ictal state, and I wanted to continue with the interview anyway. We did, and she decided to have me try Vraylar, I said sure, got home, had some hesitation about taking the new medicine due to her uncertainty, so I did not end up taking it. We had a follow up appointment, where she got visibly frustrated with the fact that I hadn't taken the new medicine, and when I expressed uncertainty, she told me, so you think I misdiagnosed you. And kept repeating that until she just canceled the appointment, referred me to someone else, and walked me out with a huge smile on her face. She seemed deeply offended by my uncertainty with Vraylar, which leads me to believe they have some sort of contract with the drug company to push it onto patients. I do not recommend her to anyone who is uncertain about doctors or medicine in general, she made it very clear she does not care.
