Worst OBGYN EVER. I thought going with midwives was the way to go. At the hospital during my delivery, my doula and I told the midwife Natalie not to pull my placenta out. She said u201cyou canu2019t stop me from doing my jobu201d and after she did that, I continued to lose blood. The nurses at the hospital told me I lost 50% of my blood. I couldnu2019t enjoy skin to skin with my baby. Two days later, my body was giving up. I couldnu2019t feel anything and I couldnu2019t walk. They never followed up with me once. My dad had to call asking for an appointment for labs since I was losing so much blood. It was an emergency and they complained and yelled at him on the phone saying it was a violation asking for that. So we had to go somewhere else. I almost died and they could care less.Then the time I had the flu while 37 weeks pregnant, they said to call them if anything was concerning so I did. They just said u201cwell go to the hospitalu201dOn top of that, they are so disorganized with billing. Each time they ask again for my insurance card and then send me bills that never went through insurance and Iu2019ve called several times. The front desk ladies are miserable and so is the staff. Nobody there enjoys what they do let alone care for your body. DO NOT GO HERE.

Less than 1. As a retired trauma RN I gave this medical facility years of my life to end up sicker and in and out of the hospital. The providers I saw were good. The ENTIRE staff is the most horrific crew I have ever witnessed in 27 years. I am about my patients and their care. They are all rude all seem to lack any experience and do nothing to help the face of North Country. I will be attempting to get another provider I can pay for that actually can see you. You have chronic patients that need care and you say oh you need an appointment for that even though you just had a tella health 3 days ago. Oh and sorry no providers for 3 months. You are completely disgusting and it makes me very sad to sit and watch.I wouldn't send the family dog for your care. The providers I have seen have both now left. I wonder why

They have a months-long wait list for Primary Care Dr's, ans PT's.Whilst waiting for an appt. with a Primary Care in Flagstaff, I went to Urgent Care for illness. I was also out of a common script (already in my patient file), and was told that the urgent care Dr would refill that script for me.When it was not in my Safeway Rx order, I called the next day to see if the Dr. would fill it for me. (Until I could find a Primary in Flagstaff).The Urgent care nurse told me that they have a different Dr. everyday in Urgent Care. I asked if she could simply call that Dr. and confirm the script. She said she had no way to contact the Dr. I said, you don't have her phone number? She said No. I said, you're kidding me...you cannot contact the Dr.? She said, No. AND, that she would end the call if I questioned her again.Really?? (Hang up)

I came here 2-3 years ago because I slipped on a icy ramp and landed on my tailbone, not only did they barely look at my tailbone they said the x ray person was out that day, but if it were something serious I would be in more pain I was told. Fast forward to today Iu2019m still suffering from it and the inflammation pinches nerves and makes my legs go numb

I like the healthcare provider I see here but the front desk staff is exceptionally rude. She literally rolled her eyes at me because I didnu2019t know she was talking to me when she grunted u201chellou201d. If you donu2019t like your job go somewhere else please. Her name is Keena. I work in healthcare and I know the administrative staff can and should do better.
