Doctor was rude and unprofessional. Found his demeanor offensive. Body shamed me instead of taking care of me as a patient. Left there in tears and even further stressed than before I arrived and I sat there for 3 hours for this ud83eudd2c

My appointment was rescheduled without my knowledge. I returned a week later and was met with a gaggle of disrespectful and petty staff members. The registrar butchered my name so I corrected her. She continued to repeat my name to obviously be petty and condescending.I called her out so she passed me off to someone else who only speaks petty. Surprise, surprise. They charged me $3k in the waiting room and another $1500 in the back because they're disorganized. After this occurred, they proceeded to take every other patient besides me back to continue on this disrespectful and petty hill they're determined to die on.

Everyone was super nice. I showed up 2 hrs early, but they took me anyway. They were very busy, but they still were professional. It took about 2 hrs, but I had about 7 tests done and filled out a lot of forms. I've never met healthcare workers that are that busy but yet still keep their cool and treat you with respect and caring!! I wish I could tell their bosses how hard these people worked!!!

Very friendly and efficient, fill in a few forms and youu2019re done. Well, not done exactly, but ready for pre-op. Not much going on decor wise, cream colored walls throughout.

Me and my mom were here on a Sunday in January of 2011 and we had to wait for about 45 minutes to almost an hour and they were very patient, kind, and helpful to us when we had the flu. They treated us very well and I recommend this place for anyone who gets the cold or flu.
